It has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai. Central heat/ac, 3 tvs. Free Wi-Fi in unit! The location can't be beat (siesta key)and the island house is the perfect place to stay. the facilities were easily accessible (laundry, game room, pool, beach etc) and villa 13 was perfect. plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 late teens/early 20s kids. We had extended family in for dinner several times and easily accommodated 15+ people. Spacious, clean, well appointed, attractive and sooo comfortable. We'ld like to make this an annual visit!

This was a last minute rental so I wasn't sure what we were going to get. We were traveling there for business but ended up bringing the kids (16&17) along. The booking was done with ease and everyone was friendly.
There was a cold front so the beach was out of the question. My only recommendation would be for more information provided at the house itself. I liked the the fact there was a guide book but it definitely needed to have things added to it if the beach is not an option. Such as indoor activities - shopping locations, Ron's Cakes (best cupcakes), place to get coffee, rent movies etc. Just an idea - at our vacation rental in NC, there was a book where visitors could actually write in tips and ideas. We found everything in Villa 13 and the resort to be very acceptable. I think that the only downside was the wireless internet that is provided, it is definitely slower than dial-up.

Great Stay! We stayed in a villa, it was very clean and spacious. Full kitchen allowed us to prepare most of our meals ourselves. Easy walk to a beautiful beach.

The Island House is a great deal. The property is clean and well kept and the beach is beautiful! The staff are so helpful and friendly. My son forgot his battery charger for his favorite remote controlled car and when I called, the staff had already found it and they were kind enough to make sure our friends who had not yet left obtained it to return it to us! I think this property is a value for your dollar and a wonderful family vacation spot. Enjoy!
