Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach. This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, central ac/heat,3 tvs, covered parking, free wi-fi in unit! The unit has a king size bed, 2 twin beds. The villa is just steps to turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico.The sunsets are fantastic. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. the villa was prefect we enjoyed our stay and have recommended to several friends. We love the area and all aminities that are at the compound and near by. We have stayed down the road (Conclare) but consider this last stay the best.

This was our 18th year vacationing in Siesta Key and I believ our 5th or 6th consecutive year at The Island House. Without a doubt, Villa 21 is our favorite! The Villa is cozy and well appointed with a great view of the beach and the beautiful sunsets that Siesta Key is known for. Scott and the entire Island House staff treat us like family and truly make us feel welcome. See you again next year.....if not sooner!

I have been to many places in Florida but this is my personal favorite. We have been coming here since 1999. It started out as every other year but quickly turned into an annual event. Did I mention this is strictly a girls only vacation. No husbands allowed! One year we had 20 of us. Once we all turned 50 it was decided that life is going by to quickly and we needed to be here every year.We always stay in the villa's, the pictures of each villa is very helpful. We have been very happy with the friendly staff and how clean everything is kept. If there is ever a problem they are right there to fix it. We all feel very safe and secure when we stay here. The white sand beach is breath taking. Thank you to Scott and everyone who make our stay so enjoyable that we can't wait to get back. See you in 2010!

We just love Island House! Because our plans this year were made at the last minute, we were not able to book one of the apartments we had previously occupied. As a gulf view is most important to us, we were told that Villa 21 had a nice view and was a close unit to the beach. We are now Villa People! The unit was absolutely great and we loved the location. There is no other place on Siesta that we would want to stay....it is such a nice feeling to see the same employees year a after year. They keep the grounds immaculate and are always so accommodating. We highly recommend Island House to anyone who wants a beautiful, relaxing vacation. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely request this villa in the future!

We just love Island House Resort! There is no other place we want to be on Siesta. After occupying the apartments on previous visits, our plans were last minute this year, and we were fortunate enough to find an opening at Villa 21 so decided to give it a try. We are definitely hooked on this villa and will be requesting it for our next trip. We had a lovely view of the beach and the villa was adorable. It is great to see the same faces year after year at Island House and we recommend this resort to anyone wanting a great relaxful vacation. The employees of this complex keep it immaculate!

I love Siesta Key - I've been going there since I was about 3....the beach villas are not fancy by any stretch - but they are the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation.

Great place for a family vacation you can't ask for a better beach.The site is quiet and can cater to couples or families.The villa we were in had a view of the ocean.The sand is white and never hot we are already anticipating our next vacation.Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach and it's wonderful sunsets.
