It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, dvd, dedicated, non-shared wi-fi in unit, covered parking, screened lanai. It is just steps to beautiful azure and turqouise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins. We had a perfect weather week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Island House. We have been staying in the villas and appartments since 1992 and would not choose to stay elsewhere. Island House is very family-oriented and cozy. I like the independence of the villas, especially if you have children. I check out the villas/appts before I select looking for specific attributes -- furniture, convenience to the beach and whether the villa/appt is well-equipped. Villa 32 met all of our needs completely. It was attractive, well-stocked with utensils, containers and cookware. The bedrooms and baths were very nice. The beds were comfortable (important) and nicely decorated. The villa was also located very close to the beach. Can't say enough for our vacations at Island House over the years -- almost our home away from home. And, the staff is always easy and responsive to our needs or request.

Property had a couple burned out light bulbs, which were speedily and
cheerfully replaced on a sunday. Is one minute walk to Siesta beaches.
