It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, screened lanai, covered parking, central heat/air, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit, washer/dryer. It has a king size bed, 2 twins. It is only steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our summer vacation this year was wonderful.
Although, my sister and her husband did not have the opportunity to join us, my husband and I had a terrific time. Relaxing by the pool, lying on the beach, seeing beautiful sunsets, and visiting museums and botanical gardens and numerous restaurants were just a few things that make this stay great.
I would highty recommand "The Island House" to my friends and family.
Scott couldn't have been more accomodating than he was. He's Great!
It's a great get-a-way.

We found the property to be very clean and well maintained. The staff was reponsive to any and all requests including ordering stone crabs for us. We requested that the carpet be cleaned and it was but probably needs to be replaced. The weekly line exchange was a great convenience.We loved being close to the beach and walked almost daily. The pool was great for cooler days.The villa(#34) was very pleasant and we especially enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site. With the exception of the lack of a few minor amenities, which we submitted as suggestions for improvement, we found the villa very comfortable and look forward to renting it again next year.
