(Minimum of one week rental required) Minimum rental one week rental Saturday to Saturday except for urban apartments. Villa Signa is surrounded by a lush garden and is located in the ideal position to explore Tuscany. It is between the towns of Signa and Carmignano and only 8 km from Florence!

Views from the villa are over romantic green hills of the Florentine countryside with the Artimino Medici villa on one side and the villa of Caruso (the famous opera singer) on the other with the Arno river in the valley.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden dotted with olive trees full of plenty of shady spots to read quietly or just... to enjoy peace and quiet.

Villa Signa is in a very panoramic position with gorgeous views that can be seen from the very large terrace and from the pool.

The villa is comfortable and attractive and has 2 floors. The most beautiful part of the house is the upper ground floor which is rented as a holiday home. The owner lives on the lower ground floor. The two floors are independent and divided. The entrance gate is shared.

The villa sleeps 6+2. On one side of the lounge a door leads to 3 bedrooms; one master double bedroom with lovely views of the valley, plus one twin room and another double room (this room can also become a twin) overlooking the garden. There is one full bathroom with bath and shower. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.

The general decoration and furniture of the villa is elegant yet comfortable. You will feel instantly at home!

From the terrace there is a staircase that leads directly to the pool equipped with sun-beds and a large parasol. The pool is accessed with a few internal steps and also has a jacuzzi and a solar powered shower.

The English speaking owner of the villa lives on the lower ground floor. The owner is unobtrusive yet will be extremely glad to be of any help to discover the secrets of the surrounding area or book anything for you.

Cooking service can also be provided as well as extra cleaning during the week or an initial survival shopping should you be arriving late on Saturday.

The pool is generally shared with the owner.

If you wish to have even more privacy around the pool, you can choose to have private use of the pool for the week at an extra cost (see price list). Otherwise the pool is shared with the owner who could provide you with the perfect opportunity to find out more about Italian culture and life-style.

Parking is in the private grounds of the villa. Washing machine is also available at no extra cost and is shared with the owner.

The upper ground floor is around 200 square meters and comprises: a large kitchen with a traditional fireplace for BBQ, a TV room with sofa ideal to use as a game room (satellite TV available). There is a huge L-shaped living and dining room with which opens out to a large panoramic terrace (40 square meters) This is very nice for dining al fresco with gorgeous views over the valley and pool. On one side of the living room, there are comfortable sofas and armchairs and on the other side a dining area for up to 12 people.

On one side of the living room, a door leads to 3 bedrooms; one master double bedroom with lovely views of the valley, plus one twin room and another double room (this room can also become two twins) overlooking the garden. There is one bathrooms with bath and shower shower and one toilet with bidet and 2 sinks. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.
