We thought everything about the cottage was perfect and the decor was lovely. The cottage was nice and warm with a bottle of wine as a pleasant gift.
The pub next door is very handy and the owners of the pub/cottage were always at the end of a telephone call.

This was the most comfortable cottage we have ever stayed in on our holidays, a real home from home. A perfect base for north west lakes, we loved it so much we are going back next year.

Lovely clean spacious cottage. Home from home. Had everything we needed plus more inc milk in the fridge and fruit platter with wine. Owners very friendly. They live in the pub next door if we needed them else left us to enjoy our stay. We had a 3yr old with us so was great to have a play park just minutes away. close to the sea and shops near by. Smoking is allowed and dogs r welcome, very ideal.

Perfect accomodation for playing golf at Silloth GC

Left on 12/18/2009 for a stay in May 2008

Four golfers based ourselves in the apartment for a week, playing Silloth(lots)and other surrounding courses. Silloth GC is walking distance away and an ideal eaterie/base if you don't want to cook and also a magnificent golf course.
The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and very handy for the pub next door. (good beer, friendly locals and a big screen TV)
As a base for golfers not wanting the formality of a hotel this is about as good as it gets and incredible value. Definitely highly recommended.

      An All Round Happy Experience

Left on 12/03/2009 for a stay in July 2009

I chose Silloth as an area, away from the lakes and the tourist spots, but near enough to travel to them, which worked perfectly.
The cottage, I found to be of high standard which was perfect for me and my children. All the necessary amenities were catered for and the owners were more than happy to help in any way possible.
      Thoroughly recommend.
