Comprised of furnished one bedroom units. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Airconditioned bedroom with built-in closet. Cable tv. Private balcony Built in closet. Maid service. Parking available.

Two minute walk from the beach. Beach is popular for wind and kite surfing and kayaking. Fifteen minute drive from Oistins (renowned for Friday night fish fry). Twenty minute drive from St Lawrence Gap with its night life and abundance of restaurants. Five minute walk from small supermarket.

Area is well serviced by public transportation (bus ride US$0.75). Rental cars and taxis available. Seawinds is approx.14.5 kilometers from capital city Bridgetown and approx. 7.5 kilometers from the Grantley Adams International Airport.

How do damage deposits work?
