The open plan villa boasts 7 comfortable and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a private swimming pool with outdoor bar-b-que, a roof-top patio, a large homey sitting room with a 53" satellite TV, a casual den with TV and stereo system, a kitchen-dining area and two verandas caressed by cool tropical breezes. Pineapple Villas are two unique Jamaican villas, Pineapple Villa - 7 bedroom and Pineapple Cottage - 2 bedroom , on the prestigious north coast of Jamaica, 45 minutes east of Montego Bay and Jamaica's International Airport, and 45 minutes west of Ocho Rios, at Silver Sands Estates, boasting 1-000' of white sand beach, a club house, restaurant and bar. Pineapple Villas has also acquired an additional property - Dukes Hideaway - 3 bedroom beachfront property Located in the private beach community of Silver Sands approximately 30 minutes from Montego Bay, Pineapple Villas consist of two luxurious villas that may be rented together or separately. The villas are situated to provide the convenience of accommodating larger groups while providing privacy for two different groups. Pineapple Villas has high standards when it comes to security. We have 24 hour security on the premises, as well as a gated entrance to the villas shared driveway access. The Villas are situated next to one another allowing large families to vacation together, but at the same time couples can enjoy their privacy while staying in either of the Villas. The patio area for both Villas is gated which allows for the safety of small children. We want everyone to be comfortable and relaxed while staying at our Villas. Situated overlooking the Silver Sands beach, the house offers spectacular views of one of the most beautiful sections of the Jamaican North Coast. A short walk to the magnificent Silver Sands beach, Pineapple Villas offer a wonderful combination of privacy, vistas and beach. Your personal villa staff will attend to your every need, and do everything to insure a most enjoyable and memorable stay at Pineapple Villas. Activities such as swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, wind surfing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, river rafting, waterfalls, historic sites, sun kissed beaches, stunning country scenes, and friendly faces are all very close by.
