One of our nicest rentals yet in the Silverthorne area. A well kept, nicely appointed residence with a lovely view out over the thicket to the mountains beyond. Not too high up the mountain, an excellent location close to the town. Our third stay in the area and the best yet.

What a great experience we had with a1 vacation. Got into town late and had no issues with getting keys and directions to the rental. When we arrived the place was as nice as advertised. I most definately would stay there again.

This place was very nice, clean, and in a great location. It was really great to have a gas powered fireplace. Also, the kitchen was really big with plenty of stuff to cook dinner every night. The only thing that went wrong was that the fire alarm kept sounding in the middle of the night. We couldn't figure out how to fix it, but the next day called a1 and the guy was really nice about it. We had a smaller group than expected, but I would say that this would fit 6 people comfortably for sure.

Hi James,
Been on my list to email you about our stay.
We loved our condo at 4812 Salt Lick and would like to be on the rental list again for next January, 2013, not sure of the exact dates yet.
Good location for all ski areas. Nice upgrade, loved the steam shower & kitchen. Furniture & carpet in good shape.

Never actual saw anyone from a1 as we arrived after they were closed but instruction allowed us to find the pickup box and from there the condo. Only small problem was we thought condo was on Salt Lick road not the name of the condo complex (map could be clearer). This was one of the nicest condo I have stayed in. It had lots of room, area to hang skies and coats just inside the front door, great view out the back very comfortable furniture and beds, loved the baths (steam bath). Even though the temps dipped down to -14 the condo was very comfortable. Hot tub was a little cool (<98 degrees) the first two ski days. This was one of the few condos I have stayed in that had sharp knifes (thank the owner's). Location was nice relative to all the ski resorts along I-70. Once we got familiar with area it was fairly easy to find the restaurants thou not great many near by. Liked the price. I will look for this condo next time I come back to Colorado!

The condo is a great size for a family with kids/teens. It was quiet, and everything worked great. One comment, the shades in the bedrooms did not block out much of the light (only drawback). Everything else was great.

East Meadow, Long Island, New YorkSuper Clean, Great Views
Left on 04/22/2010 for a stay in April 2010
The condo was super clean when we got there. It has plenty of room for 4-6 adults, and every amenity you would need in a house. It has a big jacuzzi tub in 1 bathroom, and an awesome steam shower in the other. The community hot tub is also about 50 feet from the door. Parking is right in front of the unit. Only about 15-20 minutes from 5 different ski resorts, and just 5 minutes to shopping at the designer outlets. 5 star amenities at 2 star prices. A great bargain that is easily accessable. I highly recommend this property, and would definitly stay there again.

Left on 02/17/2010 for a stay in February 2010
The condo was nicely appointed, roomy and clean, the outside grounds were nicely taken care of and the rental management personnell were responsive, courteous and helpful. We won't hesitate to use them again.
The only problems we found were,
The condos' common hot tub was out of order when our group went to use it. The rental management offered to direct us to another hot tub location, but no one would consider driving to and from another hot tub with outside temperatures in the single digits.
One of the dining room chairs was out for repairs and another was so wobbly that we set it aside rather than chance using it.
It would have been nicer if the rental management company had informed us of the above problems beforehand. However, in fairness to them, we were so busy with skiing, sightseeing, and having a good time with friends that we didn't bother calling them during our stay to complain. -

Left on 02/19/2009 for a stay in February 2009
The condo was fine, but unavailability of the hot tub was frustrating. It was advertised open till 10PM, but 3 nights in a row we dressed in shorts and went out there before 10 (once as early as 8:30), to find it locked.

Manager
I have contacted the manager of the complex and He had a talk to the person that closes up and fixed the problem. Thank you for pointing this out so we could resolve the problem.
Thanks James
