DenverI loved it.
Left on 02/07/2013 for a stay in January 2013
It was great. The only issue I would say is the walk to condo. Everything was new and a great price for the condo. I wanted to stay a few more days. I also had a lot of questions and a1 would get back to me right away. Thank you.

Eden Prairie, MinnesotaExcellent property for a family travel
Left on 01/03/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We rented this property for a ski trip in December of 2012. The property is about two or three miles from the shopping area and it is really not a problem for this kind of trip - people drives there with a car.
The location is good for accessing the ski resorts, 6 miles from KeyStone, 10 miles from Copper mountain and 30 miles from Vail.
The room is clean and everything is there for normal family activities such as cooking etc. The view is also spectacular in a sunny day. You can see mountains with snow covered and shinning. The communication with the rental company was very smooth. They email you everything you need to know about the check-in and check-out process. On the email it says that we need to check-in after 4pm. However when I got to the office, the room is already ready.
There is also fire place in the family room but we ended up without using them at all. We thought that we need to use it for drying up ski clothes but the room is so dry and warm so that we don;t need to use it at all.
Some notes on the property.
- There is a long uphill drive to the property and I am not sure a car without proper setups would have issue in the winter.
- The layout of the property is a little odd. You need to walk the stairs for accessing every room. I guess that the layout is for getting the higher ceiling for the family room. But at the first day we get there, we all feel that the stairs are hard because we all had high-altitude symptoms. We feel tires when walking on stirs the first day you come to a property which is at about 1000 ft.
- The hot tub is on the same floor which is a good thing especially for after one day skying. The swimming pool and Sauna are in different building which you can't get there by walking especially in Winter.
- The non-stick pan needs to be replaced. -

Left on 03/07/2012 for a stay in January 2012
This is a very nice condo on multiple levels. The view out the back was a winter wonderland. The amenities were very nice with access to the hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable environment. Just be sure to bring your own fire starter and matches for the fireplace. There is plenty of wood.

We had an great stay for two weeks. Everything we needed was there. The only thing was that the deck is on the east side so you can't enjoy the sun from the deck, but the view is marvelous.

Arkadelphia, ARVery Comfortable
Left on 01/20/2011 for a stay in January 2011
It was a good condo for our family of four. The only complaint I have is that they didn't shovel the snow on the walkway to the clubhouse. So, if you wanted to go to the clubhouse where the pool was you had to drive around to the other parking lot.
Other than that it was a good value. -

The condo was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen was just the right size, it wasn't far away from shopping and hikes, and it was just cozy enough so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend this rental!!!

Fort Worth, TexasGood Location
Left on 02/11/2010 for a stay in February 2010
My wife and I stayed here recently and enjoyed all aspects of the stay. The location was great, within 15-30 minute drives to several ski resorts. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and we enjoyed using the fireplace after a long day of skiing. We will recommend A-1 to others and will stay with them again in the future.
The only area of concern is this property has a lot of stairs. The condo itself has 3 levels and may not be suitable for young children or older individuals. It was not that big of a deal for us but it got a little annoying after hauling ski equipment or bags back and forth a few times.
But, we enjoyed the stay and would stay here again because of the good price and location! -

Stayed for three nights in January. Nice, small condo. Noisey, creaky hot water heat. Hard to find in the building. Limited hot water in the bathroom. We still had a good time.

Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in December 2009
Loved the scenery, Saw wildlife everyday off the balcony. Condo came equipped with everything we needed, maybe a fan would be nice for them to get.
Great spot, close to all the places we wanted to go to, ie, snowmobiles,A Basin, Keystone, Breck.
Pretty easy to find, hot tubs rightthere.Everything about this place we loved except all the steps, But then again thier all built on the side of a mountain so you gotta expect that. Great views of the town of silverthorne when your driving from the condo into town. People were great and friendly even the snow removal guys would give us thier view of the town and where to go. Had a great new years hope to come back. -

Colorado SpringsThanksgiving 2009
Left on 12/02/2009 for a stay in November 2009
My family and I stayed at this unit over Thanksgiving. The best part was its close location to the skiing at Loveland. The facility itself was very nice. The kids loved the real woodburning fireplace. The only drawback was lots of strange noises at night, most likely due to water pipes. Overall, though, it was great and we would definitely stay there again!
