Decent location, comfortable furnishings, but something gross spashed on bathroom walls, lots of built up dust, kitchen drawers falling apart, stained and tattered bedding in master bedroom. Needs deep cleaning from counters down.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues with this unit. The guest did report the sticky substance on the wall and the need for the unit to be dusted the morning after they checked in. Housekeeping was then sent to the property to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the guest did not report the broken kitchen drawers or the stained/tattered bedding when they called in. Had they mentioned these additional issues, we would’ve been more than happy to send maintenance out and get the bedding replaced. We hope that this guest will come stay with us again

Location, location, location...this place has it all! I loved the fireplace, the amenities offered, especially the warm indoor pool and the different hot tubs. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen had good quality items and comfort.

We hiked around Buffalo Mountain and down into Frisco. It was a beautiful but long hike. Fortunately the Summit Stage picked us up and dropped us right next to the condo. This condo is comfortable and very quiet.

Ive stayed at this one particular condo (202aa) numerous times with my kids and their friends while letting them ski/snowboard. It's a beautiful place, the condo, the pool, and the hot tub are all taken care of very well and clean. Theres gold medal trout water within a few minutes drive, theres a lot of different ski areas within a short drive and some excellent shopping within a few minutes drive. Just a lot to do for everyone !

This condo is cozy and comfortable. Very functional with everything you need for a winter or summer stay. Indoor pool and hot tub in the building are nice additional features. Ground floor access is convenient.

I love the snow around the building. From the deck, you can look down on a peaceful valley. You can stay in the cozy apartment and forget about all the resort development around you, or you can ride the bus and enjoy it all for free!

This is a very nice condo. Not a lot of frills and extras but everything you need. The view is great, easy walk to shuttle which takes you to trails or town.

Have stayed here several times with friends. The location of the condos and the unit makes you feel like you are not in a condo but a separate cabin, tucked away in the woods. The unit is usually very quiet too. It is a comfortable, cozy place to stay in the mountains that is convenient to skiing.

Such a comfortable place to stay, so close to some amazing cross country skiing. After a full day of enjoying the snow and sunshine, we returned to our very comfortable condo..First we soaked in the hot tub (and swam a bit in the pool),then we cooked a delicious dinner in the well equipped kitchen, built a fire, played a game of scrabble, and had a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds..The next morning we started all over again enjoying the Winter Wonderland of Summit County...Hard to believe we were only a couple of hours from home.

Plenty of room in this place. It's well equiped, has the pool/hot tub, and is right on the edge of forest for great x-country and snowshoeing. Easy access to towns and lots going on up there. Fun!

I've stayed in this condo several times, always during the summer. The condo itself is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love the easy access for hiking and climbing mountains. After a strenuous day in the wilderness, the hot tub and pool are a great asset for finishing off the day.
