This 450 square foot ground floor condo is located at the very top of Ryan Gulch Road. PERFECT for two!! (or three) Not only are you away from all the traffic noise, but this location provides some of the best views in Silverthorne. This one bedroom/one bath, ground floor property is cute,cozy and well maintained. Free WiFi, recently updated with new carpeting, tile, furniture, kitchen with granite counter top, new appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, gas fireplace, Sony flat screen T.V. and a DVD player. Great hiking trails are nearby with boat rental available at Lake Dillon. Breckenridge and Copper Ski resorts within a few miles (15 minutes) and great restaurants in town, as well as in nearly Dillon and Frisco. Vail is 30 minutes on freeway. Outlet shopping located just down the road.

(This policy only applies if booking in high season. (end of May through mid September, and mid December through mid April)

If you're coming to the area to ski or snowboard like I did, the place is about 30 minutes to Vail and even closer to Cooper Mountain and Loveland. It was a 1 bed / 1bath apartment with a fireplace and a full kitchen. It is about 5 mins to the main road where all the restaurants, shops and stores. The apartment also had a deck with a grill to cook on. It wasn't warm enough for me to use while I was there but I can imagine it being very useful in the spring and summer. I would recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple.

The owners of this apartment made us so welcome right from the get go. We arrived very late at night after a long flight to fresh coffee and trail mix which was a life saver. ( Thanks! )
A really cosy comfortable apartment with everything you need including well equipped kitchen a flat screen tv and a super comfy sofa.
Magnificent views from the bedroom looking out over the lake and Keystone resort.
The club house was excellent with two hot tubs and never too busy. Laundry facilities so you can do your washing while you soak. The Wifi from the club house can just be picked up from the apartment bedroom.
We used this as a base for three weeks to ski / snowboard. It's only 15mins to Keystone, 25mins for a Basin, 30mins to Breck, and under an hour to Vail / Beaver creek. Silverthorne is well located if you plan to ski the whole area. Silverthorne is great for shopping and has some good places to eat. Make sure you check out the Dam Brewery. Also Frisco is just one exit up on the motorway with loads more here.
Although we didn't use them there are free busses that run right past the accommodation that service all the local ski areas. We found it easier to just hire a car from denver airport. Parking everywhere is very convenient and fuel is so cheap! compared to the UK.
Would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly be returning on our next trip to Colorado.

We wanted a place to stay that was nearby Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail. The location was perfect for us. We used a rental car for our whole stay. But for those who doesn't have a car a shuttle bus is available right outside the condo.
The condo owners were very helpful and gave us all the iformation that we needed. Both before and during our stay. We stayed during christmas and over new years eve so they had put up christmas decorations for us. The condo was also heated up before we came.
You can pick up wifi in the condo. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was really comfy. After a long day in the slopes it was good to just hang out in the clubhouse. Swimming while washing clothes and playing pool.
I recommend this condo. It's not only great value for money but the owners are really great too! They will make sure that you will have everything you need during your stay.
I've been travelling a lot. Visited hotels, hostels, camping, rented condos... and if I had to choose between this condo and a four star hotel. I would choose this condo.

This warm comfortable one bedroom condo was simply outstanding value for money. I stayed for 2 months during the snow season and it was like a second home. The owners Bruce & Janice were more than helpful and were a pleasure to do business with.
Kitchen, bathroom and entire condo was spotless. Everything was near brand new and very well maintained. The bed and sofa bed were extremely comfy. Cable television was great with heaps of channels. I also had a Macbook so I could pick up wi-fi in the condo from the clubhouse.
Fantastic views direct from the condo's deck. Away from busy traffic- very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking!
The free Summit County bus stops right at the front of the Timber Ridge complex all day and into the night making it easy to travel around the county to such places as Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge. Outlet shopping is also just a short bus trip away.
I highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo and experiencing all the Rockies has to offer. Next time I travel to Colorado I will definitely stay again.
