This comfortable, charming condo is located 1 mile from the I-70 East Vail exit, in the Pitkin Creek Apartment complex. It is on the shuttle bus route and about 5 minutes by car to Vail. It features a large kitchen with bar, and all stainless steel appliances, an attached living room with wood burning fireplace and windows that look at the mountains, and Booth Falls , It has a queen bed and walk in closet, and a marble bathroom with pedestal sink, and washer and dryer. coming west from Denver at the bottom of Vail pass, take the East Vail exit, turn left under the underpass, and follow Big Horn Road around roughly a mile. The Pitkin Creek complex will be on your left. Park at the west end of the parking lot and the condo is the first one in the first building. If coming from the west going east, drive to the East Vail exit, exit to the right and follow Big Horn Road to the right until you see Pitking Creek Shopping Center on the left. See above instuctions for parking and location of condo.
The condo is within walking distance to the grocery and liquor store. It has a swimming pool in summer and hot tub all year around. There are other condo's and large houses in the area, and you are also within walking distance to the river and the Falls, and the Mountains. There is free parking and the shuttle bus is conveniently right in front of the complex.
