This place was just what we needed! The condo was clean and well decorated with all the amenities of home. The clubhouse was also clean with many activities to choose from. It was a relaxing mini vacation that we will take again...maybe with the kids (they would love it)...maybe not!

Great location, view, nice apartment. Would recommend a hatchet or some kindling wood for the fireplace - all they had were big logs. Wonderful place!

i have stayed in that same unit previously and have always enjoyed wife and i used to go there [timber ridge]unfortunately she died in 2001. this time i brought our daughter.we both had a wonderful time .thank you.well be back

I loved the 8 Nights I stayed at Wilder nest. It was so cozy. Wood fire place made the evenings go by w warmth & romance. Everything one would want from a 1 bed room apartment was right at my finger tips. My only complaint was that the mattress in the bedroom was not too comfy. Instead we utilized the pull out sofa bed which was quite comfortable by the fire place.

It was fine, but seemed too crowded with funiture-in the way and problem sleeping as bed mattress kept us awake as we rolled towards the middle.

Had an awesome experience. The only negative was our co/fire alarm kept going off, telling us to evacuate! We called the front desk and they said they would send someone when "they had a chance" meanwhile we didn't know if we were in danger on co poisoning or not. No one ended showing up and we just took the batteries out hoping everything was fine!

We love Summit County. Silverthorne is the perfect place to get away for the weekend. We visited Breck, went for a small hike, did some outlet shopping, and just relaxed in the condo and enjoyed our peaceful unit.

We totally enjoyed our 4-night stay. The property has everything you need and more. The last week in September was beautiful for the aspen! One point of information: altitude is 9,720 feet--a "slight" adjustment from Kansas! Overall--great!

nice little condo, cramped for 4 people, I had only two thank goodness. Bedroom mattress is shot, we kept rolling to the middle and slept very poorly. the next night my wife slept on the pull out couch.

The condominium my fiancée and I stayed in was well-stocked. The clubhouse, complete with racquetball court, swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and laundry facilities was about a 30-second walk. Completely quiet location with everything to do within easy driving distance: shopping, whitewater rafting, casino gambling, mountain climbing, swimming, tennis, fine restaurants, OR just buy a week's worth of groceries and cook everything in your fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely return for another visit.

We have stayed at Timber Ridge twice because of location since we somtimes like to ski more than one resort and Timber Ridge has an indoor pool for the kids. The only thing I would recommend and that we will make sure next time it to always get a 2 bedroom condo for the extra room. 1 bedroom is extremely small.

When I called to book the room, I was taken through the process and then told at the end that the unit that I wanted was not actually available. Another room was offered, which I was told was exactly the same.
It was similar but not the same - lacking the dramatic view out the back onto the mountains and instead facing the parking lot. -

We have visited the area and specifically Timber Ridge for apporximately 25 years. This was our longest stay and our first without either of our sons (or now their families).
The unit was okay but could use some maintenance--particularly the sliding screen door entrance--and some freshened decorating.
We appreciated the wireless internet connection.
I only visited the clubhouse once. It was disappointing that the pool was always "closed" with a yellow tape. However, I cannot claim to have intended to have gone swimming on my own.
We took two day-trips--to Aspen and Maroon Bells and to Rocky Mountain National Park. Otherwise we hiked and went to Frisco, Dillon, or Silverthorne every other day.
