The condo was very clean, cumfy and had lots of sleeping space with comfortable beds! Microwave was very outdated-I wasn't sure how to operate it! Toaster browned on one side only and couldn't get fireplace to work but didn't try too hard either. The clubhouse was very nice with 2 great hot tubs for worn out legs, a pool and pool table, ping pong too! I'd love to return for a stay during the summer as the patio area outside the clubhouse looked like it would be very inviting on a warm summer afternoon! Best of all were the views from both decks! Being 3 stories up was breath taking-climbing the stairs, and breath taking in what the views were like! I could tell the home was full of fond memories for the family who owns it...thank you for sharing, it was a great place! Management company was very attentive and organized-could use a few more coffee filters and coffee packs =).

The place was great, everything was clean and perfect for our group of 10. It is quite a hike to walk up all the stairs to get to the condo, so I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone with young children or people who would have trouble walking up lots of stairs.

We love this unit, we have stayed here several times, but it is time to update. The TV upstairs does not work and has not worked for several years. The heat in the bedrooms was not working properly this stay. The TV in the living room is small and hard to watch football on. The microwave is from the early 70's and is hard to figure out. As I said we love the location and configuration of this unit but it is time to update.

We have two complaints. The toilet in the main bathroom ran continuously. The club house was closed most of the day on Saturday due to an HOA meeting.

We arrived late at night from TX and were delighted to find our unit was ready and waiting for us. The sleeping accomodations were perfect for a family with 4 boys - from teens to middle school age. We were part of a family reunion and enjoyed the proximity to family while having our own condo. In past years we have rented large homes for reunions, but from now on we will return to Timber Ridge - it is an ideal location for recreation, shopping and just enjoying the scenery.

The condo unit was good and well maintained. However, the building's boiler system blew - so we had cold showers for 2 days straight. Also, the parking lot was resurfaced and alarm system was tested. Three strikes - and the management company would not provide any apology or discount. However, the views from this condo were terrific. So - mixed review, but still love the timberridge condos.

Stayed one night at this location. Unit was very dusty inside, webs on the ceilings with multiple spiders seen. My kids slept in the bunkbeds up top..and woke up to dozens of small bed bug/spider bites all over their bodies. Would not stay in this unit
again. -

The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. The reservations staff were very helpful. We always like to stay at Timberidge because the hiking trails are close.

The staff was very agreeable and helpful. The view was lovely, that is a given. I was attending a family reunion, all of the other family members were in Timber Ridge units.
However, the unit I stayed in was a two bedroom, loft and three bath (one in the the loft). When I arrived the loft bathroom shower was completely apart, there was mortar dust, chunks and debris all over the loft, down the stairs and into the tv room and kitchen. The workers also left a dirty glass, fork and crumbs on the kitchen counter.
There was no other unit to move us to, so they offered to clean the unit, but we would not have a bath in the upstairs loft. They cleaned and gave me 20% discount on the unit, however, it really started out the family reunion on a low note.
We also rented the party room for our family reunion dinner on Saturday, July 4. We had been advised it would hold 25 people, however there was only seating at the tables for about half that number and one of the other guests stayed at the tables until after 4:00 p.m., even saying she understood we had rented the room special. The area we were to use apparently was not explained properly and other unit guests became upset when we told them we had rented the area, and we were under the impression we also had the sofas and fireplace area by the food bar.
It seems we wasted our money on the party room as anyone could use the area. -

We had a great time just being together as a family. The club house is wonderful, but needs equipment like ping pong balls and cue sticks. If we knew we would have brought our own. The condo works well for our family of 5.
