Denver, CO, United StatesGreat one bedroom
Left on 04/09/2013 for a stay in April 2013
One of the best condos we have stayed at in summit county. Comfortable living room furniture, beautiful kitchen and very nice view. Bedroom needs different, more comfortable/breathable linens. Otherwise very happy with this condo!

Left on 02/11/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This is the 7th or 8th year in a row that we spend a week at Buffalo Village through Wildernest. We are very happy with the arrangements. Especially we appreciate the ski medallions made available to us.

Waukesha, WI, United StatesNice place
Left on 01/28/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The buffalo village units are nice because they have a pool and hot tub in the building. This unit has an updated kitchen with granite counters which is really nice! Otherwise the unit is still a bit dated. This unit is quite a ways up the mountain...almost to the top...which seems to take a long time...but probably only takes 5minutes. Its a great place for the money. And we got free skiing passes...which is the best part about wildernest!

Left on 03/24/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The condo was great, except for the fact we couldn't get the DVD player to work and there was no mention that the condo didn't have a hair dryer. We had to go to town to purchase one. As for the property, the pool and hot tub weren't operatable and there were 2 barking dogs in the condo next to us. At least they stopped barking at night. Thank goodness!

Buffalo Village 104DD is nice with upscale features, pleasant view and access to outside patio. It fits 4 people nicely and offers no shampoo. Everything works properly, the rooms are evenly warm, hot water is hot, and no "surprises". The building itself (separate from AA/BB units building right next to it) is a little bit high up (~700 ft above highway 70) with a could-be-challenging drive in bad weather (~7-10 min from hw70), but we did not have any problems. Parking is not covered, but easy access to the main entrance. It has a spacious unattendant lobby, elevator, small but inviting SPA area with sauna/pool/hot tub, gym with ping-pong, etc. The Wildernest check-in is fast, easy to find and convenient after hours. We had to call to inquire about SPA area access code (our fault since we did not see the instructions on the board hiding behind our hanging coats), but were able to reach a manager at night on dec 25th, and he was helpful. Our fiends (2 families) stayed in 302AA in a separate building across the parking lot. We spent 2 (out of 4) evenings there. Their condo looked less upscale, but functional with no complaints from the tenants and similar SPA area downstairs. It had a nice balcony.

Great spot with beautiful sunrises from the east. The shower, however, was difficult to regulate in temperture and the tub did not drain. Other than that -- perfect!

TexasGreat apartment for a couple
Left on 02/11/2009 for a stay in February 2009
Overall nice and cozy place to stay. Enjoyed the full service kitchen and internet access. Very much wished the bed had a fitted bottom sheet as the tucked in flat sheet kept pulling out creating an uncomfortable sleep surface.
