Property was clean except for some dirty dishes in cabinet.Very dated,beds were uncomfortable,kitchen table was warped,old box TV'S,cheap couches,soap was small bars found in low end hotels etc.etc.Over priced.Very disappointed.

Used this unit several times before and like it very much. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't get the fireplace to light. It was very cold and the baseboard heaters took all night to warm the place up. We called maintenance to help, but they never showed. This unit is still a very good value.

The property was very clean and in general comfortable. The sofa bed upstairs was uncomfortable even with the additional topper. Also the unit lacked dish soap, salt and pepper which was easily remedied just a little surprising. Also at the top of the hill but not unmanageable in the snow.

Everything went well on the trip. Having three bathrooms is a great deal, and the facility is generally nice. There were only one major drawback: the first sleeper in the loft was horribly uncomfortable; the second was worse. Someone really needs to put the couches out to pasture, as sleeping on the floor is more comfortable.

Smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived and sitting on TV stand. Battery was replaced by staff and attached to ceiling. Pillows were terrible, 2 of 3 beds did not sleep good. Internet was not accessible. Would have been nice to know before hand. There also was no blower dryer or shampoo. We would have liked to know that before hand also. Shower drain in master bedroom drained very slow.

This property has great potential and is in a fabulous location. However, the mattresses where extremely flat and hard...old TV's throughout that had very poor pictures and basic cable...tub didn't drain...toilets need work...few bowls in the kitchen...microwave didn't work very well...very cheep paper products...would not recommend to a friend. It needs a good updating!

We really liked the location, it was quiet. There was plenty of room for all of us. My grandchildren loved it. Only down side was the sofa sleepers not very comfortable and that is where I and my daughter had to sleep. It was my daughters 30th birthday. I would stay there again just bring foam mats for sofa sleepers I guess.

The vacation was good, the condo was clean but the hid-a-beds in the loft were not comfortable.Being at the top of the hill gave a good view but took extra time to get to it and then to the ski hill. The management/rental team was very helpfull throughout the entire process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Summit County/Silverthorne area. The location of the condo was good with amazing views of Buffalo Mountain and the Keystone resort. We enjoyed the cool morning temps and hiking on nearby trails. The accommodations were excellent for a party of 5. We each had our space and never felt crowded. The only downside was that the clubhouse was quite far away and we needed to drive to get there, but other than that we loved every minute and will check into the availability of this unit when we schedule our next Colorado vacation!

Stayed for 2 nights end of July with my family of 5. The unit was pleasantly spacious and accomodated us easily. It was in good condition with very minor problems ( towel rack was loose and fell off). The biggest disappointment was the "clubhouse" It was old, outdated and dark. The first night the hot tub was amazingly hot and the next it was cool. The sauna did not work at all. The game room was not accessible to the kids with regards the ping pong table didn't have any balls and same with the pool table. Otherwise I felt the unit was a good value.
