This home is a 3 bedroom + Loft with private hot tub! Inside the door you will overlook the main floor that includes a relaxing family area with gas-fired stove and cable TV with DVD and VCR and movies and books for your pleasure. Next comes the dining area that seats eight to ten people. The kitchen was new in 2009 and is fully stocked with dinnerware, a microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one bath, and the laundry area complete the first floor. Outside the dining area is a deck that holds both the hot tub and a gas barbecue grill. The condo is nice, clean and is in a good location. I will not be a return customer until the mattresses are replaced in the master bedrooms. There is nothing worse than being exhausted from skiing all day and not being able to get a good nights sleep. The 2 queen mattresses are really bad and sag in the middle. That is the only reason I rated the Comfort as poor. Other than that, the place is great and has everything you need.

The place was great. 4 adults and 2 kids with more room to spare. Loved the hot tub and location of the house. The only downfall I would say is that the beds are really uncomfortable. They seem to sink in the middle. Furniture is a little uncomfortable also. Again this was the only downfall. Would I stay again yes.

We arrived in Silverthorne pretty late, but check-in was a piece of cake with the lockbox and instructions waiting for us. The house was perfect for our group, and it was in an excellent location for our 3 days of skiing. We'd definitely stay here again!

Checking in and checking out was extremely easy. The house was great! We easily fit 4 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spare. It's very close to the outlets and a short drive to copper. We will definitely be using a1 in the future!

Close to outlet malls and ski resorts. The free bus to town is a very short walk away. It feels like home away from home.

Booked online and got the keys after hours at the office. All worked smoothly. House was clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, cute town. Be sure to check out the local communities of Dillon and Frisco. Wasn't the cheapest place to book, but it delivered.

We loved the location of this home. It was close to Dillon, Vale, Frisco, and Breckenridge. The kitchen was wonderful and very well equipped. The only thing that we would have liked that wasn't there, would have been some darkening shades upstairs in the master bedroom. We were up much earlier than we would have like to have been due to the sun coming in through the window. Other than that, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again! A big thank you to the owners for allowing pets! Having our two small dogs with us really made it feel like home =)

Our rental was very comfortable. We found everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you could think of for cooking anything! Surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. Loved it!

We were all very satisfied with our stay in your rental. The only issue we had was with the shower knob that fell apart, but we had some pliers along with us that did the trick. Very close to the outlet mall. Great value, thanks

It has always been a dream to ski the wonderful Colorado snow for more than a week at a time. I rented the place for 3 months of skiing Summit County. Great location, easy to drive to Keystone, A Basin, Breck & Copper. I was here with my 2 small dogs. Good place to walk the dogs.

The unit was very clean, well equipped and just as pictured. Great place to relax after day of skiing at Breck, Copper or Vail. Hot tub was perfect to rejuvenate muscles for another day on the mountains. Very cozy, we hope to come back every year.

The house was very cozy, clean and just as it had been represented in the photos online. We checked in after a1 offices had closed and they left us a packet with all of the information we needed- directions to the house from their office, house instructions, keys and garage door opener.
It was as easy as it gets.
