Group Vacation House, Sleeps 20, with Hot Tub

Just minutes from 6 ski areas: Keystone (10 minutes), Copper Mountain (10 minutes), Arapahoe Basin (15 minutes), Breckenridge (20 minutes), Vail (30 minutes), Loveland (30 minutes). Located in Silverthorne, Colorado (4 Blocks East of Silverthorne Factory Outlets N Side of I70, exit 205). House is at the end of a private dead-end street on a large lot - very quiet. Tons of parking outside. 2 blocks to free public transportation bus stop.

This is a beautiful home with wood floors and sleeps 20 (based on 2 for double, queen, or king beds and 1 for smaller beds). The main area has lofted ceilings so the whole group can hang out together. Th...ere's a fully stocked gourmet kitchen so you can cook and save lots of money versus eating out. This is a private house on a 1 acre lot 4 blocks from I70 and Hwy 9. You can be loud and not get complaints and there's plenty of parking (2 cars in heated garage and many more outside. I (the owner) live and work in Silverthorne and am available at a moments notice to assist you as needed. There are 2 lofts; 1 with a queen sized bed and nightstand and 1 that has 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a foosball table and 2 TVs (great place for small group/kids to have privacy). The master suite is huge with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a lazy boy, heated blankets, and it's own private balcony. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and TV. The other bedroom is somewhat small and has a Full/Twin bunk bed and a TV. The living room has couch (1 queen and 1 twin sized sleeper sofa /hide-a-beds) and sofa chair seating for 9 at a time and more at the dining room table to watch the new 55' flatscreen TV. There are enough linens and dishes for 20 at time. There are 2 bathrooms, both are nice and I have made accomodations by supplying 2 mirrors for putting on make-up or other grooming outside the bathrooms to free them up. The spa is in a large all-glass sun room - it is the largest spa made and easily seats 8 at a time. The furniture, linens, contents, and downstairs carpet are all new. See my other description/information for travel times to ski areas - many are within 20 minutes! There's a free bus that can get people to anywhere in the county and the bus stop is just 2 blocks away. Also within walking distance are many factory outlet malls and restaurants. The views are amazing and the lights of Keystone ski area slopes can be seen from the large front deck. There's enough patio furniture for 10 people to sit on the large deck at the same time and more outdoor furniture can be moved from the other deck if needed to seat more. We've provided books and games for your entertainment. We also provide cable TV, internet, WiFi and the Blue Ray player can download Netflix or Blockbuster movies if you have an account. There's a full size washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is a lockbox, 4 keys, a garage keypad, and 2 garage door openers for your use so you don't have to worry about losing your keys on the slopes. The house has a brand new heating system so you won't have any problems while you're staying here. The dining room table seats 8 and 3 more at the granite slab island. This is a perfect place for your large group or family event, reunion, or holiday. There is a large front yard and a back yard and you're welcome to have a campfire outside if you'd like!   Great Cabin for Large Groups

  We stayed at the cabin for the weekend with a large group of friends. We had 12 adults in our group and 2 small children. This was the perfect cabin for our group, the cabin was stocked with all the amenities you can hope for. Plenty of soft towels, a well stocked kitchen, extras like shampoo, conditioner and soap. All of our friends had a blast, the best part was the Hot Tub! It was great that it was in its own separate room and not outside. We all decided that if we make it back next year we will definitely be renting this cabin again. The owner of the property was so helpful and the he maintained the property so well. Great experience I would definitely recommend it!

  "Our group had an excellent stay at this beautiful cabin! The views off of the huge front porch overlook the town from a distance. During the day, you have views of the magnificent surrounding mountains and at night, the whole town shines with lights. The pictures do the house justice and it is wonderfully decorated.
  
  Before arriving to the house, our group was concerned that only two bathrooms would make things difficult but this was not a problem at all. We had 17 young adults (21+) in the home for a 3 day weekend and we never felt cramped. Plenty of seating and the living room/kitchen is all open providing a large space for the whole group to hang out.
  
  Most of our group went skiing and snowboarding during the day but for those who did not, the house's close location to the town of Silverthorne and Breckenridge made day "shopping" trips easy and convenient. We definitely would return to this home for another relaxing, vacation weekend!"

  Great place for a large group

  I stayed at the rental with a group of 19 people in February. The rental met all of our needs. The common area was open and spacious enough that it never felt crowded and we could all hang out together. There was definitely enough seating in the dining room/living room for all of us.
  
  Everything was very clean and tidy when we checked in. There were plenty of linens and towels to last us all weekend. The master bedroom was huge and even had enough room for a blow up mattress on the floor if we had needed it. The other rooms were very nice with comfortable beds as well. The two bathrooms we very clean and it was not a problem with so many people to just take showering shifts.
  
  It was also very easy to find, just off of the highway but on a private road that kept us away from the noise of the traffic and gave us a good amount of privacy. It is a perfect place if you have multiple people from your group going to different mountains because of the close proximity to all mountains.
  
  Dealing with the owner was very easy. He promptly answered all phone calls and emails when booking the place. He even answered a question via text message late at night. The great customer service made the booking process a breeze.
  
  Overall everyone was very happy with the rental and all had a great time, we will definitely look into booking this place again next year.
