The place was very nice. Had a great view, a short walk to the hot tubs, comfy couches and beds, great appliances, and an easy drive to the slopes. Really reccommend it.

Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We had a total of 8 people staying in the condo over four days and four nights. We found it very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a terrific view! Our only issue was knowing about things like recycling and cleaning prior to check-out. We would stay there again!

Arvada, CO, United StatesGreat Unit - IN THE WINTER
Left on 07/10/2012 for a stay in July 2012
I've been staying with Wildernest for 20+ years. This unit was up to their standards for being maticulously clean and ready for use when we arrived. Our stay was during some unusually warm weather and unfortunately this unit is obviously designed by the owner to be a winter escape more than a summer getaway. The hot water is provided via boiler in this unit and heat is radiant through under-floor piping. The unfortunate part about this is that during the summer the boiler must run constantly which caused the unit to get up to 90 degrees during the daytime. There was no way to shut it off and even with all windows open and fans going constantly, the place was wicked hot. Other than the issue with climate control in this unit, overall it was a very spacious and well decorated place. The couches could use some leather cleaner (compared to the pictures they had of the couches when they were new, these were dingy and dirty looking white leather couches). The kitchen is great - gas stove and nat gas grill on the deck. Again - this is a fantastic unit for winter stays but I'd suggest avoiding it during summer months.

Very Good - We have stayed in this unit before. It has been very good each time. The staff is friendly and accomodating.
My only other somewhat negative comment is that a bar stool was broken on our first stay, and the same stool was still broken for this stay as well. It was not unsafe to sit in, but I think it should at least be noted on the rental agreement so that no one is charged for a stool they didn't break.Response from Wildernest Property Management - 03/14/2012

On behalf of Wildernest Vacation Rentals, we did inform the owner of the bar stool and they are ordering a new set currently. We would like to express our extreme apologies for this inconvenience. Regards, Management

Powell, OH, United StatesWildernest Condo
Left on 03/05/2012 for a stay in February 2012
Ovearall, this was a very positive experience...good condo, reasonable price, nice "perks" with some free ski passes available. Two issues though: the unit had a garage, but no garage door opener...when I asked for one, it was provided, did not does not make musch sense to have a garage when you have to have someone get out of the car and go inside to open the garage door.the opener was not usable for the entire trip...2nd issue, on the last evening we went to the hot tub after very hard day of skiing...both hot tubs locked and not open for cleaning...this should not be done overnight, the tubs should be serviced / cleaned during the day for use by guests after skiing...this is one of he reasons I rented the unit and it was big dissapointment to not use the hot tub andreceive no notice it would be locked up.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Tv's in every bedroom. Spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals and clean up afterwards. The pool and hot tub was a short walk around the corner. Heated double garage was nice. Warm and cozy. Loved it!

This is a wonderful home to rent. I have rented homes in Summit County for 20 years and this is the nicest place I have stayed. We really enjoyed having five bedrooms (and bathrooms) to suit our 11 family members. The home is tastefully decorated with adequate couch seating for a mob of folks who like to watch football playoff games. It was delightful to be able to cook in a well-stocked kitchen with an abundance of pots and pans, serving bowls, platters and plates for a big group. I loved the large, square dining room table.
The best feature of this place is the attached two car garage. It was a treat to be able to park our cars in a garage during winter conditions. It?s a good place to keep the ski gear too. The best part of the garage arrangement is the short distance in which you need to unload and load the cars with lots of luggage and heavy coolers. Other niceties of this rental include a fantastic view, festive lighting on the porches and great hot tubs.

Our stay in this property was incredible. The decor was beautiful, rooms were large with plenty of space for multiple people, kitchen was well equipped including two coffee makers (a must for large groups!), seating in the living areas was well thought out, and the view from the living room window was gorgeous. Best of all, we had 11 people staying there, and we never ran out of hot water! There must be a great water heating system. Even the garage was roomy with plenty of storage area for skis and boots. The snowplow guy was awesome too - very nice and cleared out the driveway each morning. It is located a short drive from Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper ski resorts. I highly recommend this property.
