This townhome is an end unit in a quiet townhome development. The layout is very well-done, allowing for four nice size bedrooms on the second floor, with three full baths. The place was very clean, very well-equipped and nicely decorated. The views of the pond and mountains are lovely. There were a few condition problems (gas grill was dirty with food caked on it, the place smelled of gas when we arrived but that cleared up once we shut off the gas to the fireplace as recommended by the maintenance man, the garage door opener did not work) but in general we were very very happy with this unit. It was extremely clean and except as noted, all the appliances, internet, etc. were in great working order. It was the perfect place for four friends to get together for a 40th reunion of our time spent in high school together.

The views from this house are amazing! Two car garage is spacious. Close to town and easy to get to. Its right off of the highway so you don't have to wind up and down the mountain neighborhood roads to get to your rental. Great master suite! Close to
hiking trails. We enjoyed the house so much that we already have it booked for next year. -

We had a great experience with Wildernest -- from our first encounter in making a reservation which was done in a professional and efficient manner through the last day of our stay and the no hassle check-out. With seven people to accommodate, the unit met our exact needs and we feel we got a competitive rate. The unit was in excellent condition and was comfortable and clean. Our only negative was that we could have used better/more cookware. The location was perfect for our needs since it was close to family in Silverthorne (but not too far from the interstate or hard to get to) and easy access to Copper. We will be back and we will check with Wildernest first!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Ponds at Blue River. We had everything we needed in the condo and cooked several meals there. The beds and bedrooms were excellent - very comfortable. We were in a terrific location at the end of the building and there were no distractions - lots of privacy. From here we took several day trips with a variety of activities for the family - rafting on the Arkansas, train loop in Georgetown, biking down Vail, hiking to Willow Falls, boating on Lake Dillon, activities in Breckenridge and Frisco. The whole experience was totally excellent!!

We were looking for a place for both family and friends to stay for our wedding in Silverthorne. We wanted something more then just hotel rooms so everyone could be together. When I contaced Wildernest Property Management about our situation the staff was very helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. The whole process was very smooth from booking the units to check out. All of our family members and friends loved the properties and can't stop talking about what a nice stay we had. The location was perfect for our wedding at the Raven Golf Club and the view was priceless. We look forward to coming back again this winter for a long weekend of relaxing and snowboarding/skiing!

First off this unit does not have 4 bathrooms as advertised. It has 3.5. I would not have rented it if I knew that. The unit is somewhat smaller compared to even 3 bedroom units I have stayed at before. The water heater has issues, going from hot to cold. The master bedroom/bathroom is very nice and spacious but leaves the other bedrooms/bathrooms small and cramped. For less money, you can get a unit just as big with even more features such as a hot tub.
