Coco Beach Club is a terrific spot for your vacation! Located right on the beach at Simpson Bay, you will wake every morning to the sound of waves out the window.

This large one bedroom unit is ideal for a couple and a small child or two. The master bedroom has a king size temper pedic mattress, cable tv and colorful hand washed furniture. The Coco Belle bath is beautifully done with plush towels, marble counters, and a striking glass shower. The washer/dryer is in a closet in the bathroom.

The Coco Belle dining area is colorful with comfortable leather seated chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances, be...autiful cabinetry and granite counters. Ice maker, and beautiful dishes,kitchen cutlery and glassware add to the completeness of the kitchen.

The living area has a 36 inch cable TV and high quality CD/DVD system. Handwashed furniture and comfortable lounging chairs will enable you to relax/read in the evenings. Small bar for cocktails.

Coco Belle is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans everywhere to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature. Crushed coral floors are comfortable and simply beautiful.

The Brazilian hardwood deck offers comfortable outdoor furniture. Loungers, slings backs and dining furniture will keep you outdoors as much as you want. Outdoor, on the beach shower!

Cocos Beach Club is only a short drive to banks, drugstores, supermarkets, video stores, casinos, theaters, restaurants, watersports, hairdressing salons, massage centers, gyms, cybercafe, shopping, car rentals. It is about 15 minutes to Philipsburg and Marigot, the capitals of St. Maarten and St. Martin.Read more

  We have stayed in this rental three times and are already planning our next visit. The rental is exactly as pictured. This one bedroom right on the beach is great for any couple that loves sand and sea. The condo is nicely furnished and has a comfortable king bed. The bathroom and shower are quite nice as well. The kitchen is the best supplied kitchen we have ever had in a rental. It is so nice to wake up in the morning and have a cup of coffee right outside the sliding glass doors on the deck which is right on the beach at ground level, not upstairs. The decks of the condos are divided with tropical plants and trees and small screens so there is a nice amount of privacy. The condo is in Simpson Bay which has everything you need, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants all nearby. We are beach people and feel like we were so lucky to find this condo on Vrbo. The airport is visible from the condo and it is fun to watch the planes come and go. There is only one runway and the air traffic doesn't bother us when we're sleeping. The slower pace and lack of cruise ship traffic makes Coco's #4 in Simpson Bay the place for us to go in Sint Maarten.
