The interior touches are superb, including granite work-surfaces, a Belfast sink and a dressing room to one of the double bedrooms. Outside is just as attractive, with a large garden providing the perfect setting for relaxing with a glass of... wine. The village is picture-postcard pretty, with duck swimming on the river, a village green and a local inn serving good food.

Town: Halfway between the pretty market towns of Kirkbymoorside and Pickering, the small village of Sinnington paints a lovely picture of a typical English village. The streets are lined with traditional cottages, there is a village green, and the river runs through the village; an excellent spot for a peaceful stroll and feeding the ducks! The church dates back to the 12th Century, and the traditional village inn serves good food. On the edge of the North York Moors National Park, the market towns of Pickering and Kirkbymoorside both offer plenty of amenities including weekly markets, pubs, tearooms and restaurants. Excellent walking and magnificent scenery are close by, as are the picturesque villages of Hutton le Hole and Lastingham, and both the City of York and the Yorkshire Coast are within easy reach.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
