Luxury beach villa Sirmione at Garda lake with private dock and boat in use is located in historical town of Sirmione at peaceful place to relax that makes the location of the villa unique . In the town itself are many shops, bars and restaurants, adjacent to the spa Terme di Sirmione at only 50 m from the villa.
The villa itself has been built in 50s but careful renovated in 2010 whereof villa includes basement, ground floor and first floor of total 5 bedrooms , garden ,swimming pool, private beach and is air conditioned. The total size of the villa is 500 m2.

My family consisting of three generations stayed at the villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and provides excellent accommodation for all age groups with space for private time for Grandparents and a fantastic pool setting for the younger ones.
The location of the Villa is amazing, overlooking the Lake and minutes walk to all the treasures of Sirmione, restaurants and the Ferries that service the Lake.
