If you enjoy the amenities offered at a resort community and are looking for a place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate, this home in Black Butte Ranch is just the place for you. This home is located off Steeplebush in South Meadow, midway between the South Meadow pool and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center, just one half mile to either. The Glaze Meadow Rec. Center has both indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, spa, hot tub, exercise rooms, lattes, sport shop, bike shop, yoga classes, etc. The Lodge Recreation center has many kid centered activities and programs.

My wife and two kids (6 and 8 years old) had a fabulous time during our week in February at the Coop. it was perfect for our family, very cozy and fun. We had to explain what a cowboy was to the kids because of the rodeo posters. They decided to side with the cows. The foosball table was a hit. It was very quiet and the pool is easy walking distance. We took swim lessons from Marty and she was fantastic. Our six year old was swimming in three days.

There were 7 of us staying at the coop - plenty of room for everyone! Having the wireless access was a plus to those who needed to stay "connected." The master bed is sooo comfortable!
We swam in the indoor pool (and outdoor before it closed for the season), hiked, toured the area, shopped in Sisters, had Happy Hour and dinner at the Lodge. Day trip to Bend to visit the micro-breweries. Perfect time of the year to take in the area!
The oversized dining table at The Coop made for fun dinners - and a great Weber gas grill for those steaks we cooked! Everything we needed to relax and have fun.

My husband and I hosted his 2 brothers and their wives for, what one called, "an experience that I've never had before!" Cozy home with everything you need...so many things to do (swim, bike ride, exercise room, walking, etc) that we all felt like we were at a spa! (did I mention the great spa at the ranch?) Big dining table for all those family meals. Minutes from Sisters...not far from Bend or Redmond. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Sisters Vacation Rentals. Julie was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The accommodations were great. "The Coop" is a nice place to unwind after a days activities. We have been to Sisters, Oregon several times and will continue to vacation there because of the scenery, abundance of activities, but most of all, the people we have met.

You may think that with a name like "the Coop" you are in for tight quarters and kitchy chicken decor... But you would be wrong! Our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) all slept and played comfortably in this remarkably well equipped vacation home.
Our extended family gathering was spread over 3 different rental homes on the Ranch. And, although the Coop was the least expensive and "smallest", everyone agreed that it:
-- had the best layout for entertaining a large group,
-- was open and airy with beautiful wood windows everywhere,
-- had the best equipped kitchen - period!,
-- was in a very family-friendly location - the kids had fun riding bikes in the cul-de-sac, and we we're so close to Glaze Meadow pool!
We had all converged upon BBR to celebrate the lives of our grandparents (former BBR home owners) and to pass along the fun and memories to the younger generation. The Coop was an integral part in making that goal a pleasant reality!
