The beautiful penthouse apartment is located in the centre of the old part of Sitges, the "Casco Antiguo" just steps away from the beach and next to the famous church which is the landmark of the town.

With its little, picturesque streets and its dominating white and blue colours it is the most beautiful and romantic place in Sitges.

All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance.

There is no need for a car, while staying at the 窶廝laumar ﾃ》ico窶� apartment.

At 50 meters walking down a little street, the guest will find wide sandy beaches and a huge 2 km palm tree promenade, the "Paseo Maritim...o", ideal for romantic walks, cycling or rollerblading.

"Blaumar ﾃ》ico " is in the same small building as the "Blaumar Balcony".

Both apartments can be rented together and are ideal for larger groups.

The apartment

The 窶廝laumar ﾃ》ico窶� penthouse is located in an antique building, which was completely remodelled in 2011.

Old and modern elements were combined to keep the original look and charm and only the finest materials were used.

The 窶廝laumar ﾃ》ico窶� penthouse of 60 m which is equipped with central air conditioning, offers space for up to four guests and is located on the second floor of a building with elevator

Entering the apartment from the main floor (the second floor), the guest will find a light and elegant living room and an open American kitchen with kitchen bar.

The living room is equipped with a big Plasma TV with Satellite TV and Internet.

Attached to the living room the guest has access to a sun terrace of approximately 8 m, the ideal place to relax after the beach.

From the terrace, a spiral stairway leads to another upper sun terrace (18 m), which is located on the rooftop of the apartment.

Both terraces have beautiful ocean and city views. At night the illuminated famous church, which is the landmark of Sitges, can be seen from the terrace.

The American kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated microwave, ceramic hobs, oven; just everything necessary to feel at home.

An inside stairway leads from the living room to the lower floor of the apartment.

On the lower floor the guest will find two big bedrooms and one fully equipped bathroom.

The first bedroom has two single beds for two guests. The second bedroom comes with two single beds as well.

Furthermore there is a beautiful full bathroom with bathtub, bidet, WC and basin.
