Villa del Mar is a beautiful 1920's house with sea views and a mature garden 150 feet from the beach. There is a saline swimming pool with counter current, table football and ping pong table. The house sleeps 12 people with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and there is a hot outside shower which is very useful after surfing or being on the beach. There is a barbecue with covered seating area to seat 12 people comfortably. There is a shaded outside eating area with large table and seating for 12. Villa del Mar is in the exclusive residential area of Terramar in Sitges. It is a second line house from the sea. It is a quiet neighbourhood but close to the village with all its restaurants and lively night life. It is very close to Golf Terramar Club as well as mini golf for children. There is parking and local bus's and train station close by. No need to have a car as everything is in walking distance. There are many sandy Mediterranean beaches for swimming and surfing or just relaxing.

I love staying here so much that I have been back many times now. It is a beautiful house just ten minutes walk from the centre of Sitges and just off the wonderful beach that runs the length of the resort with scattered palm trees and a wonderful promenade. The house has a magnificent large spacious kitchen open plan with a cosy telly sofa area which is great for snuggling in and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious too and beautifully decorated with good sheets and blankets. The barbeque area was great fun and it is a lovely area to sit and eat and talk while the parrots chatter above. We could spend a year here but sadly we always have to leave. One day we won't!

The owners of this mulitmillion pound villa are exceptional in everyway.They and there delightful family take hospitality to another dimension-warm ,kind ,efficient,friendly and above all great fun.There home is magnificently equipped with every facility you could wish for both inside and outside.The interior and exterior are luxuriously comfortable but have also been decorated with exquisite style.The sea is a stones throw away with beaches that are perfect for surfing and swimming,just hop on the bycicles provided,from the more exclusive end of sitges where the villa is situated,and you can ride all the way along the promenade.Along the promenade boasts restaurants,quirky beach cafes,great shops and a nightlife for teenagers.If you want to be cultural then a trip into Barcelona is easy and fun before returning to the wonderful Villa del Mar.No one could fail to love this place-who ever you are and what ever age you may be.Fantastic.
