Located right downtown, at the bottom of O'Connel Bridge, the Franklin Building, Apartment # 6 Vacation rental offers incredible views of Sitka Sound Eastern Channel, including the O'Connel Bridge and the famous Rockwell Lighthouse. Apartment 6 can sleep up to 4 singles with one bedroom with a California King and another sleeping area that has a twin trundle (twin with a pull out twin underneath, as well as a queen sleeper sofa. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee pot, toaster. It also has a tv with dvd player and wireless internet. All dishes and bed and bath linens are provided and there is a coin-operated laundry o...n the same floor. Check-in is 3pm

We are glad to offer, FREE Wireless Internet, GCI Cable TV, with over 200 channels. All utilities are included on both daily and extended stay rentals.

Pick-up and Drop-off at the airport is available for $50 round-trip, but must be prearranged by calling the office no earlier than the day before arrival.

A 1 hour, round-a-bout Sitka familiarization tour is available for $50 for up to 6 people, which includes a tour of Sitka, familiarizing you with the most commonly used roads, grocery store locations and other locations of interest. This can be added to your reservation or arranged at a later date. A more thorough tour is also available at $50 per hour.

Used auto rentals are also available, dependent on car availability. Must be reserved prior to arrival.

Whale Watching tours and other wildlife viewing opportunities are available as well as salmon and halibut fishing. Just call our office and we'll be glad to set them up for you. 907-738-0176

Prices shown are for 4 people; $25 per person per night for any additional. Rates shown are based on 4 people. Each person over 4 is charged at $25 per person per night, Summer and $10 per person per night, winter.
Rates vary depending on season with High season being May 1 thru September and Low Season Oct 1 thru April. The longer your stay, the lower your rate, with discounts increasing on 1 week, 30 days and 90 days. Your reservation total includes; rent, and if applicable; rent (bed) tax of 6%, and sales tax (see below): Sales Tax: 5% Winter Stays, 6% sales tax Summer. Stays charged only on first $1,000 of invoice for each home or tour per month. For tax purposes, Summer Season: April 1 through September 30th. Winter Season: October 1 through March 31st. Stays 30 days or longer are exempt from city sales and bed tax
TAX INFO: Reservations that include winter and summer dates, will be taxed on the departure date rate. Reservations that are for multiple homes will be charged on separate invoices and charged tax accordingly. Reservations and services, such as fishing and tours, that are for multiple people, will be charged according to how they are billed and paid; If all billed on one invoice and paid with a credit card or cards in ONE person's name will be taxed as invoiced. If paid with credit cards or billed in more than one person, each person will be invoiced and taxed according to Sitka City and Borough statues.
RESERVATION: On stays less than 30 days, a nonrefundable 35% deposit is required to reserve your dates, unless; your arrival date is within 60 days, in which case the full amount is due, or, your reservation total is $500 or less, in which case, the full amount will be charged.
EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS: (stays over 30 days): Payment for your first 30 days is required at time of booking to reserve a home for extended stay. A credit card is required to hold a reservation. If sending a check, a deposit of $500 may be held against your card to allow time for a check to be received. Failure to receive a check within 10 days of booking will forfeit your $500 hold fee and your reservation will be released.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Extended stay reservations must be paid in full 30 days before arrival and 30 days before each consecutive stay. Stays 30 days or longer are exempt from city sales and bed tax.
IMPORTANT: We offer discounts on extended-stay that are only valid if your stay is over 30 days. In the event of cancellation that shortens stay to less than 30 days, your invoice will be changed to reflect the higher day rate and sales and bed tax will be added. If renting extended stay, with an open departure, 30 days notice is required that will go into effect on the 1st of the month after notice is received.
