Villa Sakos is located in Skala, Kefalonia, Greece.Three stunning seafront villas nestled on a hillside provides magnificent Ionian sea views and easy access to the beach. The villas have many amenities and private infinity pools. The villas are located at the edge of the picturesque town of Skala.
Villa Sakos is a complex of three villas that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Outdoors there is a private infinity pool with loungers and chairs to relax while enjoying your coffee. The main floor has a living area with satellite TV/DVD. There is an open dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. The second floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and terraces with a bistro set to enjoy the sea views. The villas are fully air conditioned.
Skala village is just a 15 minute walk from Villa Sakos, where you will find restaurants, bars, food shopping, gift shops, car rentals, water sport activities.
There are two main ferry ports, Sami Port(30 min. away) & Poros Port (15 min. away). The International Airport is 30 min. away.

each villa accommodates 6 persons
each additional quest (max 2, will be accommodated on futon or folding bed) is charged 150 Euros per week
Rental of three villas 10 % discount, Two Villas 5 % discount , no more then 6 persons per villa
May 1 -26 & Sept 30- Oct 30 are not included in special discount
Payment terms
30% deposit upon booking in order to confirm reservation.
Full balance 56 days prior to arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit 150 euros per villa.
