Entering into the top floor of villa Europa , the large upper floor of 35sqm consists of two separate bedrooms,each including a huge queens's double bed with en suite bathroom and a sea facing balcony. Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table , a living room with comfortable sofas and a cosy fire place. Less than 3,5km away from the city of Skiathos and just 600 meters away from the deep blue beach of Vasilias-Aegian Sea, in the south-western area of the island, this lovely , newly built villa ,is surely of the most conveniently located villa in Skiathos Location. Full in green from olives and pines, the villa stands afloat on the vast blue of the Aegean with the small islands of Skiathos and the western area of Skopelos to be its landscape. Modern architecture design but with the local aesthetic character preserved and with ablative decoration, built with passion for your pleasure. The primary aim of our choices was the absolute harmonization of the villa with the colours and the attitude of the island. A charming environment will await and promise you unforgettable moments of calmness and relaxation, as despite it stands alone on the top of Katsarou hill, at the same time is very close to Skiathos town.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service offered by the Villa team was first class. Our plane was late in arriving however the Villa Representative (Elena) was waiting patiently and has identified the car hire company we had booked with, directing me to them as she described the key features on the island to my partner (A car is essential for this villa, the views are stunning as the villa is off the significantly main coast road and bus routes but easily accessible by car, book in advance for the best deals, albeit there are plenty car hire firms on this small island).
We followed Elena to the villa which was arpound 15 minutes from the airport, and were shown the location of the supermarket and petrol stations etc enroute. On arrival at the Villa we were incredibly impressed by the location, privacy, and exceptional quality of the furniture, fixtures and fittings, which are all very modern. The villa was absolutely immaculate inside and out with very luxurious cocomat beds to ensure we had a fabulous nights sleep. The images do not do these villas full justice, you will be stunned by the views from either the private bedroom balcony, private ground floor balcony or your private pool and by the sheer tranquility of the area. Elena stays in a studio flat at the villas and is always on hand should you need assistance with anything. Her approach is one of privacy for all guests, she replaces all bedding, towels etc every three days, and rubbish bins daily and sweeps around your private pool are and removes leaves from it daily but does it when you are out of the villa or before you use the pool each morning to ensure you are never disturbed, and if you want advice on where the best places are to eat, the best beaches or what trips to take she can give you an completely unbiased view to help you in your decision making.
The island has a significant number of stunning beaches, with fine sand and shallow water, stunning views from the highest part of the island, easily accessible by car and with restaraunts to eat fabulous food and watch the view, dozens of fabulous restaraunts serving fresh fish, meat and vegetarian dishes (Olive Land is around 1km from the villa and highly recommended with an amazing view), in Skiathos town the best restaraunts are in the old port away from the waterside. There is a multitude of galleries and local pottery, jewelllery shops in Skiathos old town, selling quality local products to take home as gifts or as a reminder of this amazing island. There is also a significant number of boat trips available from the old port, most leave daily and take you either round the island to stop of at various hidden beaches or to Skopelos and allonosis for the day, dolphins were a plenty on our trip and both of the islands are well worth a visit.
Skaithos is a very green island with lots of trees making it unique in comparison to other Greek islands, and adds to the stunning views from the villa.
In summary, if you're staying in Skiathos, stay at these villas, the service and luxury is on a par with the Caribbean or Indian Ocean holidays, you will not be dissapointed.
Finally, the location and ambience are incrediby romantic I proposed marriage to my partner on the villa balcony and it wil stay with us forever. -

Excellent accommodation facilities, clean, quite, well built. Owners were very friendly eager to accommodate every need. Quite place for a relaxing stay, yet close to most popular beaches. Did not want to leave pool area and terrace before lunch time, view was so breathtaking and rewarding. Recommended for children due to the pool, need a car and must be prepare to climb.

We travelled without reservation and stayed one night at the neighbouring hotel, when we discovered the newly built Gea Villas. Fortunately the middle villa was available for a few days and we were able to make use of the swimming pool of the left villa. Very friendly landlady. Beautiful panoramic view, very comfortable sleep/living rooms and excellent beds. Quiet location, yet close to Skiathos town and several beaches.
