This former farm building, attached to the owner's property is set on the outskirts of the village of Skipsea in the Yorkshire Wolds and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Rabbit House is a brick built former farm building situated on the edge of the village of Skipsea, close to Hornsea and Bridlington. This cottage, attached to the owner's propery sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms consisting of two king-size doubles, one twin and one ground floor twin as well as a ground floor family shower room and a family bathroom. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Just returned from Rabbit Cottage. Fantastic house in a great location for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more. The attention to detail is outstanding and our party of 6 adults and 1 teenager had a great time, the weather was kind to us and we were able to BBQ in the evening and enjoy the sunset followed by games in the beautiful garden. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent house - much better than the picture or description. Owners really welcoming and helpful. Only down side is the distance from York and Pickering. Clean, loads of facilities, wonderful garden and straight onto fields with lots to explore. We are looking forward to visiting again.
