Really enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bedroom was enormous and all facilities necessary for a short holiday. Would not hesitate to stay there again if I have a need.

The cottage is well placed, well equipped, and everything is explained in a brochure ( heating etc ). It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the owner called after a day to see if we needed anything. A welcome pack of milk, tea and Yorkshire biscuits would have been a nice touch, but we can only make the suggestion. The bed is super comfortable.
Skipton is a great little town and a brilliant base from which to explore the dales. We had a lovely week, with some glorious days, but the wet ones were good too, with visits to Saltaire and Harrogate and we would return happily on another occasion.

The cottage was in a good location only a ten minute walk to the town centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. The cottage was very cosy and had everything we needed. Skipton is a nice little town with plenty of small shops to explore. Harrogate is nearby. Grassington village is a lovely little village to visit. There is a vegetarian cafe/restaurant there called The Retreat which serves lovely snacks and meals at reasonable prices. Worth a visit if you are vegetarian. Would highly recommend it.
