Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A lovely romantic cottage for two with everything you need for a perfect break.
Parking is right outside the cottage and the lovely town of Skipton is literally a minute away but there was never any noisiness. There is plenty of facilities in Skipton from supermarkets to restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
The bedroom is the perfect size and the bed was lovely and comfortable.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a bath.
The lounge is a also a nice size with comfortable furniture.
The kitchen is a little on the small side but we managed okay - the owners have said they are going to give it a redesign at some point to maximise space.

Everything ran very smoothly. The cottage was in a perfect location in the centre of Skipton but was still very quiet. There was every kind of restaurant you would wish for within a 5 minute walk.Lots of places to visit for a day out.
The cottage was comfortable and had everything you need.It was also nice and warm.
We had awful weather but still a very enjoyable week.

very close to shops,banks and eateries.Easy walking to High Street.Owners of property left a well filled box of information leaflets and lists of things to do in the area for both dry and wet days.Property well maintained and very comfortable with parking outside cottage.
Short walk to 2 supermarkets and the bus and railway stations,which gives you access to just about everywhere.
Street market several days of week with usual stalls including local produce.
No real dislikes.What we liked was ease of getting around by public transport which meant no driving for me for a week.
A calm quiet place in the middle of an fascinating, busy town.

We loved Skipton, and we loved the house. It was great to just walk through a passage and be in the middle of the market. Or go out the other way and be at once by the canal and it's beautiful boats.
The owner was pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. We had a great holiday.
