A6 is spacious apartment located on the top floor of the house, with the big terrace on the south side. Living area consists of two bedrooms with double and single beds, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom. On the north side there is also a balcony from where you will enjoy beautiful view on the sea and beach. In the back yard of the house you have a grill at your disposal.

Apartment can accommodate 6 persons, extra persons are charged additionally and are subject to negotiation. Guests have two free parking places in front of the house.

House Zizic is located in an exquisite, peaceful location on the north...ern shore of Ciovo island in Croatia, on big private property with magnificent exterior and overlooking the sea and beach. Our gardens with Mediterranean plants, lawns and beautifully decorated flower beds will make your staying even more pleasant.

There are many local amenities including beautiful pebble beach only 20 m away from our property, with restaurant, bar, shower and children playground. On the beach you can relax, enjoy the sea, swim or sunbathe or just chill out in the shade with the cool drink or coffee.

Additional Location Information

If you like to discover the surroundings, 15 minutes of walk from our house is and old village of Slatine where you can see architecture of old, authentic dalmatian houses and experience a breath of past times in island villages. Only 10 minutes of drive from our house is town of Trogir where you can access shops, restaurants, enjoy night life, or see the sights in the historical part of the town, visit galleries and museums.

Located near village of Slatine, the sanctuary in Prizidnice sits high above the sea, on the cliffs of the southern side of Ciovo island in beautiful natural surroundings.

10 minutes of drive away is old town of Trogir. Trogir has a 2300 years of continuous urban tradition. Its culture was created under the influence of the ancient Greeks, and then the Romans, and Venetians. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, as well as a fortress on a small island. Trogir is the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex not only in the Adriatic, but in all of Central Europe.

The ancient city of Salona in Solin (25 km from Trogir, 6 km north of Split) is the place where you can meet history of ancient Rome.

Split is the Dalmatian capital and second biggest city in Croatia. It is located 25 km from island of Ciovo and our apartments. Biggest and most popular sights in Split are Diocletians Palace and St. Domnius cathedral. Diocletian’s Palace is the ancient palace complex in the heart of Split, Croatia, built by the Roman emperor Diocletian at the turn of the 4th century AD. The Cathedral of Saint Domnius (Croatian: Katedrala Svetog Duje) is a complex of a church, formed from an Imperial Roman mausoleum, with a bell tower; strictly the church is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and the bell tower to Saint Duje. Together they form the Cathedral of St. Duje.

Klis fortress is located some 35 km of drive from the island of Ciovo, above a village of Klis, near the city of Split, in central Dalmatia, Croatia
It is probably best known for its defense against the Ottoman invasion of Europe in the early 16th century.

Besides these historical places, we have to mention natural and unique locality of Krka National Park (55 km from Trogir) with beautiful sets of lakes and waterfalls. The biggest and the most beautiful one is Skradinski buk waterfall, which falls over 17 levels, and the Roski waterfall.
