This semi detached cottage is located in the village of Sleights and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Cowslip Cottage is a semi detached cottage in the village of Sleights, just four miles from the seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one twin room which with the addition of a family bathroom make it suitable for six people. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a wood burning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.... With its neighbouring cottage, Cowslip Cottage can sleep up to eight people in luxurious comfort.

Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating in the living area and woodburner in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed balcony/patio to rear with garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, £20 pppw. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: This owner collects a refundable £100 Good Housekeeping Bond.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
