our second visit to this cottage and we were every bit as delighted as we were the first time. First impressions must be the incredible view from the sitting room window, wish we could bottle it and take it home !!. The cottage is very well equipped and extremely comfortable and clean, owner's on hand if needed and an excellent base for exploring north Yorkshire
We only chose Bracken Edge as our second choice and how glad we were that we did.
It was just like home from home and the owners went the extra mile with toiletries etc. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with comfy chairs and nice beds. The view from the property was to die for and the little conservatory at the rear was the perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon tea (can recommend the sticky buns from the bakery in the village. We met the owner Hazel who was very friendly and said if we had any problems she lived just down the lane.
I would highly recommend the property on all counts and we had a fabulous week there.
