    The location is exclusive on sunny side Tower Road Seafront. The doorstep is situated right on the waterfront Promenade facing St Julians bay and incorporating the Hilton, Sheraton, Casino and Porto Maso. The location is excellent and safe at any time of the day or night. Perfect for walks along the Promenade. Have a quick dip in the crystal clear water in the bay in the early morning, have a cappuccino or meal at one of the innumerable cafes and restaurants on the strip, take a stroll along the promenade of an evening or join the joggers or walkers at any time of the day or night in safe surroundings. Every amenity is within walking distance - seaside, water polo, cafes, restaurants, news agency, shopping - even night clubs across the bay in Paceville. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment. Take a bus to Valletta or further afield. Buses run frequently to all parts of the island. Or hire a car. Parking is provided in the garage below, a big plus in Sliema. Visit Gozo the beautiful sister island which is linked to Malta by a 20 minute ferry journey. You can even take the catamaran to Sicily for a day tour. Very recommendable. All kinds of sports facilities are available, from any water sports to golf, tennis, squash, horse riding etc etc, the propositions are endless. Gyms are available close by for keen fitness individuals. It is all available to make your holiday more memorable and enjoyable.

    Taxes and fees as well as water and electricity are all included. Rental also includes free car bay in the basement garage. A discount is applied for stays of 7 days and more to a weekly rate rather than a nightly rate.

    Please be aware that the apartment is a non smoking environment throughout the whole of Level 5, even balconies and halls. I suffer from asthma and am very allergic to smoke so it would be a health hazard for me. I therefore ask that this be respected.

    The Apartment Association has very strict rules about the noise levels and rowdiness is not tolerated. I am sure you will be exemplary guests, but unfortunately we have to specify these rules.

    An extra fee of Euro25 per night is applicable over the Christmas period from 24 December to 6 January.

      In the treasure hunt of vacation rentals, this one is a true gem. It is perfectly situated along the waterfront and near to bus stops, restaurants and food vendors. The ability to walk for 10 to 15 minutes and to reach Spinola Bay and Paceville in one direction and the commercial district and ferry in the other direction, made this an absolutely perfect location. The quality of the accommodation is exemplary and is remarkably spacious and modern. The sizable and well equipped balcony allowed us to savour the sea views and enjoy the breezes. Marylene's service minded approach was all that was needed to cap this off as one of the finest vacation stays ever enjoyed by our group of 2 couples. We're sold on Malta, but particularly this location, which we dubbed as the Maltese Riviera. The key differences between it and its namesake, is that in the Maltese Riviera, the weather is better, the costs are lower and the people are friendlier. Enjoy your stay!

      Central to the beach, Sleima, St Julians' Bay and Valletta, this apartment is light and airy and very comfortable. Well furnished and with all comforts, including a welcome package of food, it is a great base from which to explore all of Malta or Gozo or even on to Sicily by Sliema ferry. Hospitality was second to none and made my stay most enjoyable. I would certainly choose this wonderfully positioned apartment for a holiday destination stay from which to explore this whole region.

      An unexpected level of luxury and what a view!

      Just turning a key in the elevator fired up a wrm feeling that I had chosen a secure exclusive home for my stay in Malta.
      I was right. The view across the bay made it hard to to leave. Fittings and fixtures were of the highest standard chosen for personal by someone with exceptional taste and certainly well above anything to be found in a hotel.
      I would highly recommend a stay here,

      Stunning view from the spacious balcony Fisherman on the dock below! A great way to take in the sights!

      Our first visit april 2009.
      To describe this accommodation as an apartment is an understatement. On entry we would describe it as a palazzo. The view, location and conveniences were all an added bonus. Whilst we had a car which was garaged within the building we did use the bus service having a bus stop outside the door. We utilised the local restaurants which there were many to choose from and within walking distance and varying price range.
      My wife and I make regular trips to Malta (my birthplace) and we usually stay in hotels. This trip was special as we were accompanied by my sister and her husband who were making their first trip to Malta. We decided to try apartment accommodation. I can assure you that 5 star hotels are no more for us now that we have found this wonderful home. We were welcomed, shown around a very beautiful and immaculately clean property and made to feel like part of the family. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants a slice of heaven on earth while they are visiting the best place on earth.
      We made our return visit to this wonderful apartment this year with our son. Once again all that we experienced above was still up to the same magnificent standard. We will be returning again soon.

      Paradiso by the sea.

      Coming from australia, I really appreciated the elegant European character of Marylene's apartment - especially the high ceilings, the tastefully furnished rooms, the gourmet kitchen and a most inviting balcony that entices one on evenings to spend many, upon many moments relaxing and taking in the breathtaking sea views. Marylene was a wonderful host and went out of her way to ensure that I got to see most of the unique and historical sights that Malta offered. All this, plus the time spent in her beautiful apartment made my visit to Malta one of the most enjoyable and memorable holidays I've had in a long time.
