Sliema is a very popular and lively commercial and residential centre. It is situated on the north-east coast of Malta, between Valletta and St. Julian’s.
Every year the town attracts many English language students of all ages and nationalities. It also offers many business opportunities, high-end properties and yacht Marinas.
Sliema has a beautiful seafront promenade and its swimmer friendly coast offers free to access sunbathing areas. There many opportunities for relaxing beach activities such as idyllic harbour cruises, swimming, snorkelling, diving and water sports. - Damage deposit - $323 / stay - Security Deposit - This refundable security deposit is a safeguard against unpaid services, damages and loss done to the holiday apartment, furniture & furnishings and utility abuse (excess consumption of water and electricity). Naturally, on the day of departure, after services are paid, the keys are returned and an inspection of the apartment is made, the security deposit will be returned accordingly, less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage or unpaid services.

For late departures, luggage can be stored safely, until departure time so that you won't have carry suitcases around all day.
A 35% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance, along with the refundable security deposit (Bond), are payable in cash (€) upon arrival.
 
The security deposit (bond) is a safeguard against damages, loss, utility abuse (excess water and electricity) and unpaid services. On the day of departure, after services are paid, keys are returned and an inspection of property is made, the security deposit will be returned accordingly.
Utilities (water, electricity, gas) up to €20 consumption per week are included in the price - (which is generally sufficient for normal use). Water & Electricity readings will be taken during check-in and check-out. Any units consumed over and above this allowance, must be settled prior to departure. The amount will be deducted from the refundable deposit. All costs will be calculated at local domestic rates.
Cleaning service is provided prior to entering the apartment. Every 7 days, we provide you with clean bed linen and towel change. The property must be handed back to the owner in a good clean condition. For any extra cleaning, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged.
 
Preferred payment method SEPA bank transfer. Payments can be safely made by paying directly into our bank account, bank details will be supplied to you on confirmation of booking. We also accept payments via PayPal where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card, however, you are required to cover PayPal fees.
We can also arrange any services you might require including: Airport transfers to/from the apartment, car hire, cleaning services, professional massuer and personalized one-to-one English tuition by fully qualified & experienced tutors (General English, Business English, Exam courses and English for Special Purposes). Airport transfers to/from the apartment are recommended. All you have to do is just ask,any other requests can be met at an extra charge.

Beautiful apartment near to the promenade/shops /restaurants/ferries and buses yet in a quiet location.Claudia the owner was available at all times to give advice and help in any way,she also booked a taxi to collect us at the airport .No one could wish for more in a holiday apartment,I am looking forward to holidaying there again in the near future

Our family spent the beginning of December in this lovely apartment. The location is extremely convenient: everything is at hand (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, seafront with ferries to Valetta and back, bus stops, etc.)
The apartment itself has everything for comfortable leaving starting with full kitchen equipment, dish-cloths, towels, iron with ironing board, TV, wi-fi and ending with extra blankets.
As the temperature during our staying was not as we expected it to be, we switched on air conditioner (in the living room) for heating most of the time while we were at home. And there was a surprise to find out that there were no conditioners in bedrooms. But warm blankets did their part =)
And we should say many thanks to the hosts, especially to Maurizzio who was very welcoming and helpfull in different sutuations and to Tony (the driver). He is a real man!Response from Claudia - 12/29/2012

My sincere apologies for the lack of heating in the bedrooms during your stay. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there was a sudden unexpected change of weather and a quick drop in temperature, the electric fans (ventilators) that were in the bedrooms, were not swapped in time, with the electric heaters. I would like to apologise once again for any inconvenience this may have caused. Honestly, if you had mentioned to me that you were feeling cold, I would have brought you the heaters right away. Good location, close to the markets, trnsport and beach.

Stayed at the apartment at the end of October. It was a lovely, comfortable and clean. We had a bright and happy greeting by the owner despite our extremely early morning arrival. She even prepared some maps to help us get around to all of the areas. There is a slight hill to walk down to the waterfront but on all sides you are in the middle of the Sliema experience. Satellite tv (with English and internet were a plus for a lively 10 yr old at night.

Claudia is the perfect hostess and could not have done more to make us feel welcome and at home in this lovely contemporary Maltese apartment with beautiful original tiled floors. It had everything we needed - including a local SIM card for a mobile - and what it didn't have and we needed, Claudia supplied! The apartment was spotlessly clean - something which Claudia takes a personal pride in and ensures that it is. The beds were very comfortable. It has all the mod cons you need including free wifi, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and TV.
The apartment is well situated a few streets back from the Strand which meant it was quiet at night allowing for peaceful sleep.
The apartment is on the first floor accessible by stairs only so may not suit if you are unable to negotiate stairs.
Claudia left us her mobile number to contact at anytime and she texted us the first day to ensure everything was fine - she goes well above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay.

The apartment was so much better than we expected it to be. A good value, everything is provided, and Claudia is very helpful with everything. Fast internet connection and cold air conditioning which is crucial in Malta. A central location, no need for car rental in my opinion as there are buses going to other places and ferry to Valletta just a few hundred meters away. Highly recommended!

We`re happy to have chosen this apartment: it has a very charming ambiance, it was totally clean, calm and well situated in the heart of Sliema. Also, we were pleased with the cheerful owner, Claudia. She was always professional and helpful whenever we had questions. The apartment is modern and comfortable, equipped with an air conditioning unit, washing machine, dishwasher, a spacious fridge and so on. It was easy to feel at home here! We definitely had an excellent experience and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement!! J'ai eu la chance d'y rester pendant mes vacances et je le referai sans hésiter!
L'appartement est magnifique, très propre et lumineux. Ca a été l'occasion de pouvoir vivre dans un appart typiquement maltais! Je me suis sentie comme chez moi, la déco est sobre et apaisante et surtout il y a tout à l'intérieur (TV, satellite, internet, four, micro onde...tout!) La propriétaire a été charmante et super accueillante! Elle a laissé des conseils pour les endroits à visiter et où bien manger :) Des petits conseils de locaux qu'on n'aurait pas eu dans un hotel et ca c un gros bonus! Elle parle aussi plusieurs langues ce qui est aussi très agréable si vous ne parlez pas bien anglais! L'appart est situé en plein coeur de la ville de Sliema avec tous les magasins à proximité, à mi-chemin entre Paceville (ou la rue de la soif) pour les plus fêtards et de la plage et bars/resto de plage pour les plus relax!
En bref c'est vraiment the place to be si vous décidez de changer des hotels traditionnels et/ou de masse pour gouter à la vie locale, c'est tellement mieux et ca vaut vraiment le coup de l'expérimenter!!Response from Claudia - 10/13/2012
