This lovely cottage in Snettisham sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Pine View is a great, single-storey cottage in Snettisham. With three bedrooms, a twin and two doubles, it sleeps six people comfortably. There are also a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting room with gas fire and dining area, and a small conservatory. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with a hot tub, making Pine View a wonderful escape and delightful retreat throughout the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, DAB... radio, WiFi, use of landline for UK calls. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage in garage on request. Front lawned garden and rear enclosed patio with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach and bird reserve 1 mile.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: The traditional Norfolk village of Snettisham is characterized by the pretty golden brown houses – known locally as “gingerbread houses” due to the colouring of the local iron-rich carr stone used in their construction. The village has a number of convenient amenities including general stores, welcoming inns, good restaurants, a Post Office, a butcher's and a regular bus service to the family-friendly seaside resort of Hunstanton and King's Lynn. There is plenty for all the family here, including Park Farm on the edge of the village, a working farm with year-round activities. An RSPB bird sanctuary is a mile away, and the historic Peddars Way public footpath provides lovely walking near to the village. The impressive house, church and gardens of the Royal Estate of Sandringham are nearby, and just follow your nose to find Norfolk Lavender, England's premier lavender farm, with its charming tearooms and gift shop.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
