The Village at Sugarplum Unit 16 is a beautifully appointed condo, nestled in the woods with a private outdoor hot tub overlooking the trees. It is both charming and elegant! The living spaces are located on the entrance level of the condo and with its open floor plan this unit offers great places to socialize! The living room has a wood-burning fireplace above which is a flat screen TV with surround sound audio. The kitchen is well-appointed with new appliances and granite counter tops. 2 things on seervice. The guest bedroom had no heat for several days and took forever to fix.

I do apologize for the time it took to repair your heater - sometimes in the canyon this happens - but we will look at out systems to see how we can improve when we have this kind of issue! -

A nice, comfortable townhouse. The overall experience was positive. The audio visual set up ws very nice.
Since I am an accomplished cook I found the kitchen facilities lacking as to cooing utensils and hardware.
Here 3 more rentals located nearby.
