The Village at Sugarplum, unit 4 is a roomy three-bedroom condo with 2,126 square feet of living space and marvelous views from the living and dining rooms. On the main level are the cozy living room, with plenty of space for relaxing and socializing with a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV with DVD, Blue Ray player, and an CD/I-pod Docking station for music. The open floor plan includes the dining room, which will seat six at the table and a small deck with a charcoal BBQ grill, as well as the well-appointed kitchen which has a bar with two stools. For a family of five, the accommodation was perfect. The property is well maintained and serviced, albeit a little tired. The kitchen was well equipped and our children loved the spa. The only drawback was the noise of the spa motor which was very loud in the downstairs bedrooms.

Easy check in, comfortable accomodations, lovely mountain view.
Issues with the hot tub, but prompt service to check it out.
Lots of snow while there- shoveling of steps and pathway to condo was lacking.
Great skiing and ease of location to both mountains was perfect.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at The Village at Sugarplum and we greatly appreciate your review! We do occasionally get so much snow at one time that it is quite a challenge to keep up with all the pathways! Little Cottonwood Canyon is a beautiful and steep mountain area and when it snows a great deal in a short amount of time our staff cannot get up the canyon to begin to clear snow due to road closures. We hope this didn't impact your fun.
We thank you for your understanding that hot tubs are mechanical beings and giving us the time needed to correct the problem. -

Easy ski in/ ski out to Snowbird. Short bus ride to alta. Great service from local management and Canyon. Very well appointed condo.

We had a great time and there was lots of snow - maybe too much snow as we were snowed in for a while!
