Belleair, FLIdeal house for ski vacation!
Left on 04/16/2012 for a stay in January 2012
We rented this house for a month and found it to be ideal for us. The house is clean, spacious, has a great view, and the service from First Choice Properties was excellent.
The only negative was that it is not really "ski in/ski out", as it is not directly on the slopes. -

Detroit MINice Location, Great Skiing
Left on 02/26/2010 for a stay in February 2010
First Choice Properties provided excellent service. The Mountain Shadow house was in a great location and clean. They serviced the hot tub frequently and cleaned the driveway often. Overall styling was a little outdated, but furnishings were modern and confortable.
On a side note, we found the Snowmass Village Dial-A-Ride to be slow and unreliable.
