Snowmass Ski Adventure

Left on 05/01/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The only pothole was our ski boxes were not picked up at the house for about a week so we did not receive them via ups back in FL for about 10 days and were wondering where the boxes were. That was the only bad news.
We came back to Snowmass after a few years elsewhere due to things like nephew instructor at Vail, etc. We again concluded that Snowmass is our favorite from the variety of terrain, the new amenities at the base area and other things like Krabloonik (where grandkids tried to pet all 248 digs!). The intangible good feeling we have about the area was rekindled.
The home is in our top 5 of the many places we have stayed in Snowmass and elsewhere.
Service was great including no hassle or cost to get an extra parking pass for our second vehicle to accommodating our desire to do a Wednesday to Wednesday stay due to Spring Break of Grandkids.
Krabloonik dogsled ride was great and their mushroom soup was awesome still! Least favorite is the four hour drive from Denver, but it beats flying into the undependable aspen airport and the greatly increased airfares for the privilege
