Delightfully situated in the heavily wooded Ridge Run area, the KeeWayDin House is a 3400 square foot private home just a mile and a half from the center of Snowmass Village and nine miles from Aspen. The house was designed for truly comfortable, uncrowded living. The ample newly remodeled kitchen and breakfast bar overlook the spacious living-dining area which includes a stone fireplace. The kitchen features large counters, all new appliances including two ovens, dishwasher, beverage bar, microwave and numerous small appliances. DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT POLICIES
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation within 10 days after booking the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $1000.00 security deposit is due with the balance payment 30 days prior to arrival. The entire security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure unless there is undue damage to the property or furnishings.

Keewaydin is a wonderful ski house as well as a great summer vacation house. The layout is terrific with five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a wonderfully large living or gathering room. Each of the bedrooms are large with nice big windows. Great kitchen equipped to meet all your cooking needs and room for many helping hands. The deck with hot tub looking out thru the aspens to mountain tops is a treat at the end of the day.
What makes Keewaydin a special vacation home is its spaciousness which allows a large group of family or friends to be together and not feel crowded. Although the location does not allow ski in/ski out, the location in its peaceful surroundings does allow easy access to the mountain for downhill and cross country skiing within a few minutes. You also have an easy and quick drive to Snowmass Village for the grocery, pharmacy or other shopping needs...or meals out. We look forward to returning to Keewaydin. -

We liked the KeeWayDin House so much that we've stayed there several times - most recently last winter. The newly remodeled kitchen makes "eatting in" very attractive and easy. We've stayed there with our extended family (3 generations) and with five adult couples. The large open lower level invites everyone to congregate. The views are great from every room. We liked the privacy of staying a short distance from the base area - some in our group would snowshoe(in winter) or mountain bike right from the house. You do need a car.

My husband and I have had the opportunity to stay at the Snowmass house in both summer and during the ski season. The home, really more like a medium sized lodge is neat, clean and very well equiped. Very spacious, with a large great room with a big fireplace. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. My husband, a wannabe chef, really appreciated the kitchen area. The owners couldn't have been any better to work with. It has a wonderful wooded lot with nice views. Very handy to Snowmass skiing, shopping and dining facilities. It gives the appearance of seclusion while at the same time convenient to the amenities in the area. We would highly recommend it for either a summer or winter vacation!
