Summit 207-A is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. Washer/dryer in unit.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and night stand. 25" TV w/Satellite and DVD on a corner wall mount. The Master bath has dual sinks, 2 person jacuzzi tub. (Breaker box is located here)

2nd bedroom has queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, night stand. 20" TV w/VCR (no cable) tucked away in closet.

3rd bedroom has bunk beds and chest of drawers. 22" TV/DVD player combo (no cable.)

TV room has 37" Flat Screen TV w/satellite and DVD & VCR combo player, 25+ videos-(kids selection too), CD/Stereo, fireplace, and queen sleeper sofa....

Full kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, utensils to handle any occasion. Mr Coffee pot, crock pot, dish washer, and toaster too.

We have a nice wood box casino style game system-blackjack, roulette, poker, craps, full sized Foosball table and plenty of ski videos after a hard day on the trails!

We have a gas grill on the back deck, the igniter is in the drawer by the fridge. Please remember to turn the propane tank off after using.

Summit is located in the Village Central area. It consists of 4 buildings, A B C D; our unit is 207-A. All units are 3 bedroom and mostly 2 bath. You are just a short walk up the steps to the village and slopes. We are on the 2nd level, which is actually parking lot level.

Wireless Internet at Summit.

The shuttle bus runs a loop and comes by the front deck area about every 15-20 minutes and can drop you off at several different locations.

Summit is well known for its views, especially the sunset. Many deer will be running around all year long. A few Black Bear will stroll around spring, summer and fall.Read more

Additional Location Information

Summit Condos is across the road from the Village of Snowshoe. The Sunset view from back deck is known as the "Best Sunset View" on the mountain. Parking is right in front of condo, and you will not have to move it until your trip is over. You can walk to the Village, the Slopes and to the Shopping/Restaurants/Nightlife. Guests may also take advantage of the FREE Shuttle that comes by Summit's covered deck about every 15 minutes.

  We visited Snowshoe for an office retreat. We had an excellent time and the condo was great! Perfect location right across from the village. The view from Summit is second to none. Lastly, the owner was extremely easy to work with and rents for less than Snowshoe!
