Soaring Eagle is one of the nicer places to stay at the mountain. 003 is particularly nice due to the fact that it is on the parking garage and ski level so you don't have stairs to contend with. Even better is the fact that the hot tub access is right across the hall. Definetly would recommend this unit.

We have been coming to snowshoe for a number of years now and this was our first experience renting through mountain valley properties. I really liked being able to easily rent a specific unit instead of relying on the luck of the draw. Debbie and her team were great to work with. There is also an excellent concierge at the lodge. The lodge also features the best restaurant at snowshoe. The unit is spacious with comfortable beds and the luxurious, high-end finishes typical for the Soaring Eagle lodge. Plenty of room for our family of four. I enjoyed the peace and quiet of being away from the main village. The slope side location provides a nice view of the lift, and slope level means no long walks through the building or elevators.The slopes and lift are a stones throw away. Proximity made it easy to break for lunch at the condo as an inexpensive alternative to the crowds at the restaurants. All in all a great trip. We will be back!

I went with my family including my parents and my sister and her husband. Except for my youngest son we are all fairly good skiers and the location was fantastic. The southern part of the resort is less crowded and the lift is fast. For the average skier the slopes are great...don't let the black diamond scare you. For beginners there is a slope that winds around and I used this slope for my youngest who was learning to snowboard. The Soaring Eagle Logdge is beautiful and well kept. What we liked best: 1. Location of the room. It is on the lowest floor so you don't have to use the elevator to get to the slopes or the hot tubs. The locker room was at the end of our hall so we didn't have to go far to get on or off the slopes. When you get off the lift you ski staright ahead about 40 yards and you are at the door. Very convenient! The hot tubs were directly across the hall so you don't have to go far and you don't have to ride the elevator and freeze.
2. Amenities. Heated garage (my parents loved that), a common Great Room with two large fire places and sitting areas. A beautiful room with stone and wood...classy. Hot tubs that are large and nicely placed...used them every night. (If you forget your suit like my daughter did they sell them in the village) truely ski-in, ski-out. 3. The Condo. The condo is very well done with great furniture and a stone fireplace. The trees right outside the room are beautiful to look at and you can watch the lift.
A wonderful experience and condo. We will be back! -

Soaring Eagle 003 was awesome and Mountain Valley Properties staff was the same from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. It was the perfect size for our family of five and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We walked across the path for our rentals, strapped everything on and boom, we were on the slopes. After a day of sking, off the Soaring Eagle ski lift, to the locker room, off with the skis and boom were home. Thank you Stacey and Debbie and hop eto see you again soon.

The place was great and the staff did a great job and helped with any issues. The only complaint we would have would be the cell phones did not have any service and I was unable to us the room phone it was locked to outside calls.
