Spacious bright and airy apartment located on trendy new development - only a stones throw away from Sofia’s paradise South Park, Paradise Shopping center, Vitosha mountain range – ski or hiking, Pancharevo lake – best for summer kayaking. A great place to stay and sample the best of Sofia from your doorstep!

We are experienced hosts and take guest satisfaction very seriously. Whatever you need; from fresh sheets to restaurant recommendations or local insights, we're on-hand to help however we can.

THE APARTMENT

A bright place with a lovely balcony at modern apartment building. Large open plan layout as shown in the photos, decorated with a sense of fun and flair! The apartment has air-conditioning heating throughout and includes;

A bright, spacious, contemporary lounge with two comfortable sofas and 46-inch plasma TV with 150 channels. There is also Home cinema speakers attached, if you want to listen to music.

A brand new Ikea kitchen with all the crockery, pans and utensils you will need, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishwasher, and microwave.

Bathroom and WC are separated. A rainforest shower with Steam bath and radio, will comfortably fit 2 adults, and fresh towels per person provided.

High Speed Internet: There is a secure WiFi signal.

The apartment block is located in a gated courtyard. We are the fifth floor apartment; accessed by a lift directly from parking level

THE BEDROOMS

One good size king size double bedrooms that sleep two people, with memory foam mattress and storage space. Bedroom doesn't have direct access to Bathroom.

All beds come made up with fresh sheets and towels.

Extra 2 or 3 persons could sleep on the 2 living room sofas, which has hosted quite a lot of friends, who said they slept like at home

Price quoted is per night for the whole flat, up to four persons. For guests four or more there is an additional £10 per person, per night charge. Should you wish to stay I would be more than happy to give you as much information and advice as you need - please just email me.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

"Manastirski livadi" is the vibrant new neighbourhood of Sofia, built during the last 10 years. Situated just 10 min by public buses from down town, or by 3 eur taxi ride.

Sofia’s biggest shopping centers are just 500 m away, lots of restaurants, cinemas. Ski gondola lift is just 5 km away, accessible by city bus or 5 eur taxi ride.

Famous Sofia’s South park is just 5 minutes walking, and a nice 20 minute walk will take you right down town!

Non-stop supermarkets around the corner. Fresh fruits and vegetables farm’s market is just 1 km away.

GETTING THERE

Sofia Airport is about 13 km away, which is about 7 eur taxi ride. City bus 84 than 76 will take you home for 1hr ride and 1 eur cost

Sofia Bus/Railway station is about 7 km away, taxi cost – 3 eur. Direct city bus 74 will take you home in less than 30 mins at cost of 0.5 eur
