We were visiting family in Encinitas so this was close. This studio was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable with everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the beach was a plus.

Very nice studio on owner's residential property. Clean, well equipped, quiet home. Nice neighborhood. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach (a few long blocks), especially if you want to take chairs, etc. But, you could be dropped off and park your car close by. The studio is between 2 beaches. The owner is very nice and actually hand delivered cookies! We would stay again and would recommend this to our friends. Thanks for a nice weekend, Kelly!

Obtaining the reservation was easy using the internet. We were most comfortable in this well appointed clean studio. A small patio was available for our use. It's location was convenient...two blocks to the ocean, a half mile to an upscale shopping and eating area, six blocks to the train station. It was on a quiet street. It served us very well for the week we were there.

We just stayed at this guest house in Solana Beach. The pictures are very nice on the internet but better in person. This is a perfect place for a couple who wants a perfect location, privacy. Kelly (owner) has thought of everything you would need & then some. It was very clean & decorated to my taste. The location is perfect & the neighborhood doesn't get any better than this. Thanks again, be back very soon!

Communication with Kelly was prompt. Information she gave was thorough and helpful.
Welcome plate of cookies was so thoughtful & sweet (figuratively & literally)!
Great price for a 5 night stay, definitely beats staying at a hotel. Modern & comfy decor.
Washer/dryer was convenient, a major plus to be able to leave with clean clothes!
Complimentary toiletries, plenty of towels and a full bedding set were provided.
Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes / flatware / utensils, shelving, dish soap / sponge / drying rack, small fridge, electric hot plate.
Neighborhood is nice to walk around; pleasant residential neighborhood with 2 beaches nearby - one with a playground.
The main street is just 2 blocks away with restaurants & shops (Bangkok Bay has gr8 Thai food!), including the Belly Up where a friend's band was playing!
Easy to drive to San Diego area (Zoo, La Jolla,etc.) / la / nearby Trader Joe's for groceries + other shops (Fountain of Youth Juice is gr8 + healthy!) / nearby beaches / etc...
So convenient, thoroughly comfortable, home away from home... Highly recommended!
