Hatboro, PAA spectacular getaway!
Left on 03/21/2013 for a stay in February 2013
My wife and I rented this villa with four other couples. We each had our own master suite and private bath. The villa and its surroundings is absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The chef shopped for our food and prepared wonderful meals. Hugo the house manager was the best and seemed to know exactly what we needed even before we did.
This is a wonderful place for a group of friends or a family to vacation together. We will certainly make a return trip. -

Is is difficult to expand on perfection, however, this house and the staff would expand my paradigm of perfection to another level. It is not just the house, the grounds, the location, the beach. It is an individualized vacation in a 5 star quality place with staff that see to your every need.

Villa Buena Suerte is breathtaking. The house is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, wonderful bathrooms, an inviting living space and kitchen. The pool is perfect and the view of the ocean will relax you as soon as you arrive.
The staff is warm, helpful and incredible friendly. Hugo is one of a kind and when you meet him you will feel as if you have known him for years.

We stayed at Casa Bueana Suerte in February with our family that included 5 couples and 5 kids. Marc the house owner answered every little question we had and arranged all the details for us to make this trip seamless. I can't imagine another place offering the attention to detail, location, staff and house. The food prepared from the menu everyday by the chefs was second to none and not having to shop, cook or do the dishes, somehow made it taste even better, if that was even possible.
Hugo the House Manager was there to greet us each morning and after each excursion. He paid attention to all the little details we needed even before we realized we needed them. The fresh coffee, orange juice and morning breakfast by Sophia was wonderful to wake up to everyday. The beach was raked each morning but would leave any of our previous days sand creations :) and chairs and cushions set out. Hugo was always there and ready to set up our day. He arranged our transportation and recommended places to go or companies to use for each activity. He would check with us before he went to town and pick up groceries and beverages.
This place was truly the best of both worlds; a gorgeous location with privacy and all the comforts of home and service like at a 5 star resort. My husband and I like to travel and see as many different places that we can and don't tend to go back to somewhere we have been before. I can't help but think someday we will be back at Casa Bueana Suerte!

We cannot say enough good things about our week at Casa Buena Suerte. It was fantastic. The house and the grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained. The seating area outside on the lanai was our favorite. We would gather in the morning for coffee and usually for cocktails before dinner.
We were not quite sure what to expect from the food. Boy were we surprised. The food was unbelievable. Not only the flavorful taste but the presentation was always perfect. Even our lunches were gourmet. The salads and the home made touches were always a surprise. Did I mention the desserts. Wow! Jose and George were great chefs, met every need and exceeded every expectation. The Fish tacos for lunch were the best we ever had and were our favorite.
From David and his crew picking us up from the airport to our final toast with the house staff, we had a most enjoyable vacation and could not recommend Casa Buena Suerte enough. Thanks for the champagne and making the house so inviting. Can't wait to return!

We stayed at the Villa with a group of 5 couples. Every day exceeded the one before. The house was beautiful from top to bottom. Meticulously cared for and decorated. Each bedroom suite was equally comfortable and enjoyable. The Property had all the benefits of an all-inclusive resort with the privacy and flexibility of being home. The staff was willing to cater to our every need and went out of their way to make a birthday celebration extremely special. Hugo was there to greet us with a smile and frozen pina coladas and continued to see that all of our needs were meet throughout our stay. Sophia started our day off right with fresh juice and breakfast. The crowning glory was Jose and his assistant who made each meal a 5 star dining experience. Not only were the meals delicious but they were prepared with love. Not to be forgotten was the beauty and serenity of the beach and surroundings. Having Massages on the beach in front of the palapa was a slice of heaven. We each left a piece of our heart at Casa Buena Suerte and took with us memories that will last a lifetime. Marc the owner is to be commended for his professional and courteous manner in which he handled everything from initial inquiry to departure day and check-in's during our stay. No detail was left undone. We can't wait to return someday soon.

Casa Buena Suerte in Soliman Bay is the perfect destination for a family vacation. We spent the last week here and we are just heartbroken to leave. We have enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling with the entire family; we have been exhausted at the end of each day and awaken refreshed each morning ready for another day of water and sun. Sofia greets us each day with fresh squeezed orange juice and pancakes or french toast - what a joy to have someone do this for us and with such a sweet smile. Hugo has made wonderful suggestions and is always there with whatever we may need. We rent vacation homes frequently but some of the amenities were an unexpected surprise; more typical of a boutique hotel than a rental home. The house itself has enough space for four or five families. The house would work well for children of any age; plenty of space for toddlers or young kids to play and enough rooms for older kids to find privacy when preferred. The palapa is the perfect place for a couple without kids who might be joining a larger group (or for in-laws who prefer some time to themselves). There's a lovely sea breeze so we can really enjoy the beach. It's like a private beach club where we are the only members and the weather has been perfect! Overall, I would say this has been one of the best vacations we have ever had and I look forward to coming back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Buena Suerte. The location is remarkable. The house is located on a beautiful bay where we spent many hours kayaking and snorkeling on the reef. We swam with turtles, manta rays and fish in amazing array of colors. We alternated from relaxing at the house and visiting the many close attractions. The infinity pool is a wonderful place to just chill out.
The housekeeping staff is very attentive and made us feel at home. Hugo went out of his way to accommodate all of us wishes from arranging transportation to the sites to finding a place for us to buy our own snorkel equipment. Our cook, Jose, prepared many excellent meals for both lunch and dinner such that we only went out to dinner once. The overall week was one to remember.

So we just returned from a week on the beach in Newport Beach, Ca. The home was beautiful, but upon arrival several of my family asked " where is Hugo and Jose!!!". They were referring to Casa Buena Suerte. We stayed there last august for 12 days and it was as close to perfect as it comes. We rented a suburban from Hertz in Cancun and drove the 100 I'm to the home. When we turned off the why and entered the mangrove swamps I thought what have I gotten my family into. When we could see the beach and lovely homes if the neighbors I knew it would be great. The home is amazing and the bay is great for snorkeling. My wife didn't care for the seagrass but this is a wild natural beach. Beyond the beauty of the home was that of the staff. Hugo the manager is an absolute gem of a human being . He was attentive and so kind to all. Jose the chef was outstanding. Being able to enjoy the days activities and arrive home to a gourmet lunch or dinner all prepared makes a perfect vacation. We rent lots of luxury homes in many places and I have to say this one is in the top 2. I hope you enjoy and send our greetings.

I was recently married at the Casa Buena Suerte and it was amazing. We stayed for the week in this beautiful home. Everything exceeded our expectations from the staff to the place itself. The beach was the ideal space for us to have the ceremony and the backdrop of the ocean only added to the beauty. The staff was excellent. All went above and beyond and treated us like family. Jose cooked for us during our stay and the food was great. My favorite thing he made was the ceviche but all of the food was fresh and delicious. He also prepared our wedding dinner and we received so may compliments from our guests. Hugo may very well be the best person I have met in a long time. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. He spent time with our family and friends and we really enjoyed getting to know him. The house was beautiful. There was so much detail in the decor and construction. The infinity pool was a definite plus and we spent much time in it. The snorkeling was also amazing. Many of us spent a good portion of the trip in the water exploring the reef and all of the marine life. Overall, we had an amazing trip and made lasting memories. I can not wait to return to the Casa Buena Suerte! Thank you again, Marc, Hugo, and staff for everything and making this the wedding of a lifetime!

I spent a week at Casa Buena Suerte and I'm only sorry that it was not longer. The home is beautiful, elegant and chic.
I have seen many beach houses, but none this fabulous. My kids were entertained all day in the pool. My wife and I relaxed
in the sun, snorkeled in the bay and enjoyed margaritas on the roof deck at sunset. We had never been to Mexico or The Riviera Maya
and we were surprised at how beautiful it is. None of the big hotels and crowded beaches, great snorkeling, our own kayaks to use,
our own chef to serve food and drinks - what more could you ask of a vacation spot? Bravo! -

Left on 07/20/2011 for a stay in July 2011
As a swimmer I have to say that the pool at Casa Buena Suerte is fantastic! I swim 50 laps every morning at home and I really appreciate a big swimming pool. The pool was great for my laps in the morning and perfect for our kids in the afternoon. The surface of the pool is smooth cobalt blue tile and there's an extended shallow end so the kids can feel safe while the adults enjoy the deeper end. We enjoyed going out in the kayaks; the sea is clear and blue and we were able to tie the kayaks up to a buoy to go snorkeling. The location is awesome -we saw squid, stingrays, barracuda and sea turtles. Back on shore, we appreciated the expert staff and the obvious planning that went into the creation of the villa.
There are areas for reading, relaxing, dining & entertaining and there's plenty of space so you can have a massage in total privacy. The villa has a great spa menu and the two massage therapists that we used were wonderful. We loved it and hope to return very soon!

Casa Buena Suerte is more than just a villa - it is a luxury vacation spot that rivals any of the great vacation destinations
in the world. My family and I experienced a private river cruise in France last year and much to my surprise, our week at
CBS was just as enjoyable. Our biggest surprise was the private chef. We enjoyed fresh caught local fish and authentic Mexican
and Mayan specialties, all presented magnificently and all delicious! The staff could not have been more delightful from the
warm welcome to the spotless upkeep of the villa and the grounds. My wife is very conscious of cleanliness and our kids are always
crawling around so we really appreciate when our environment is well kept. The overall experience was so delightful that we
have already started to talk about our next visit. Truly a World-Class experience. -

Left on 03/02/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We stayed in this gorgeous house with our complete family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children in February. And no wonder that everyone enjoyed this get-together to the full! The house is a beautifully designed hacienda with spacious bedrooms and a large open living space, all furnished with an amazing attention to detail. There are so many different outdoor terraces that it is difficult to choose from. Lounge chairs are everywhere from the rooftop to the beach and the swimming-pool. The location is perfect directly on the bay. And then there is the real asset of the house, the staff. Housekeeper Hugo, who will go out of his way to make your stay unforgettable. Sophia who prepares your breakfast and keeps the house clean and Aurelio who takes care of the outdoors. On top of that we had gourmet chef Jose preparing the most exquisite lunches and dinners.
Apart from enjoying everything at and around the house we visited the Mayan ruins of Tulum and went to XelHa and Hidden Worlds which are all close by and very worthwhile to see and enjoy. All-in-all a wonderful experience for the entire family, much better than any major resort can offer. It is easier for the parents to keep an eye on your children while they have plenty of things to enjoy: the beautiful pool, the beach, the bay, the kayaks or the hammocks. And it is so much more personal. We have seen many different parts of the world but this was certainly a dream vacation that has topped all expectations!

We stayed at Villa Buena Suerte for a week in december 2010 for a friends 50th birthday. We had 14 adults and one child. The service of the house manager, daily staff and the chefs was simply perfect. They were around without being a part of our party. They were knowledgeable and friendly
We used every bedroom and bath and the design, upkeep and quality of everything we touched was exquiste. Well decorated, excellent floor plan for large groups. High end kitchen with extra refrigerator. We splurged for the chef for 6 days.We selected the menu and they shopped, cooked and cleaned up. All meals were excellent and the chefs were great. He even did special gluten free meals.
We went to the ruins in Tulum, a 10 minute taxi ride, we snorkled, and did a zip line and went into a small neighboring town one day. All rides were cheerfully arranged by the house manager. And all recommendations form the staff were excellent.
The view of the ocean was fantastic, the beach was cleaned daily, the kayaks and life vests and beach chairs and hammock were all used extensively. They had eerything we needed. Even sand toys for the child,
We all enjoyed sunrise from the pool deck and sunset from the rooftop deck.
We would definatley go again and also recommend this Villa to friends and family and office peers. -

When we arrived, there was a guacamole & salsa with chips and margaritas to greet us...great start and it got better every day. The beds were very comfortable with really nice sheets and pillows, the bathroom amenities were great and they had fresh beach towels every day. It was like having a 5-star hotel all to yourself! I have been to other villas in the past, but none seemed so "put together". The staff was really on top of things, the breakfast was great each morning and of course, the dinners were amazing. This past January I took my family to the Riviera Maya for our seaside
holiday. Â Friends of ours had recommended the Tulum area and Casa Buena
Suerte seemed to have everything we were looking for. Â Indeed this was
the perfect spot for our family, with something for each and every one
of us. Â Grandmother and Aunt Nell as well as our children all enjoyed
themselves. Â We particularly enjoyed the very large swimming pool as it
was able to hold 6 children and keep them busy for hours. Â The beach is
raked each morning and what a lovely treat that was! My wife and I were
able to take in the sun and snorkel as we wished and never needed to
worry about meals because the delightful little chef and his helper did
everything for us - they procured our sundries, prepared our meals and
tidied up after each meal. Â We had cocktails every evening on the
rooftop under the stars - truly delightful. Â We explored a bit as well,
visiting the ancient Mayan Ruins at Tulum and Ek Balam and we spent an
afternoon at Xel Ha with the children while the elders stayed at the
villa. Â I found the staff to be very accommodating, the house was kept
in perfect order, the furnishings were very comfortable and the linens
were particularly soft. Â We did not need air conditioning as the villa
gets a lovely sea breeze and the evening air was cool and sweet. Â I
would highly recommend Casa Buena Suerte to anyone looking for a villa
in the sun. -

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be invited guests at Casa Buena Suerte in November. The hacienda is nothing short of spectacular! It is designed with style and character that you do not often find in a beach house. The living room is grand yet welcoming and amazingly comfortable, with room for 12 to watch a game. All of the guest rooms are richly appointed and all have a King size bed. We sleep in a Queen at home so it's really a treat to have a King on vacation; the villa has 6 Kings so no-one looses out! All of the rooms have something unique and inspiring and all of the spaces are truly beautiful. We are 5am risers, so it was great to get our coffee and a little bite in the upstairs kitchen while Sofia prepared breakfast in the main kitchen. The solarium on the second floor is the perfect spot for morning coffee without waking up the house. We loved the outdoor living room and dining room and found the space a welcome respite from the sun as well as a great place for a party - which we had almost every night! The pool is also beautifully designed and big enough to swim laps or relax in a big raft. The housekeeping staff was superb - never underfoot but always kept the place spotless. Great trip - Thanks to Bob and Vicky for inviting us. The next visit will be on us!

We always take the family on a winter vacation and this year we chose the Riviera Maya. There were so many lovely villas to select from but we chose Casa Buena Suerte because of it's proximity to Tulum and the various water parks. Our kids love the water and we we were able to take them to Xel Ha for the day which they loved so much, we took them twice - it was just 10 minutes away. The big surprise was that the villa itself is even more beautiful and serene than the photos. We were able to relax on the beach, go kayaking with the kids and swim in the glorious infinity pool without ever leaving the house. The staff was very friendly and our kids just adored them. It was truly the perfect family vacation!

We decided to go on this trip along with five other couples and I must say we were a little skeptical. We have never traveled with a group like this before and were concerned about our privacy and whether we would be able to just chill by ourselves... Well our fears were unfounded because this place has so many different areas to get lost, that we never felt crowded. In fact with 12 people we all had our own space. Some went kayaking while others stayed on the beach; we got great massages under the palapa, our friends even had a yoga instructor over for yoga on the beach. The roof top lounge is private enough to go topless, and the beach itself is also very private. We loved having the chef cook for us and found the food to be delicious and very reasonably priced. Tulum is a cool little town with an incredible beach - we went out on a fishing boat and then found a great little Steakhouse called the Banana Bar. Hope to do it again soon; it was even better than we expected!
