Shannon was wonderful dealing with all of our decisions when making our reservations. We love the location of Eagle Springs West and the unit was great. Love the view from our balcony. This is the second time we stayed at West and love the fact that is has a washer/dryer in the unit. Will likely return.

condo was in not very good shape, do not believe it was cleaned prior to us arriving, and very cluttered, needs to be updated.

Thank you for the feedback. We take a lot of pride in having our condos perfect and clean upon check in. All condos are inspected the day of arrival and we are located just a short mile from the resort if something needs to be corrected immediately. Had we known that the cleanliness was not to your satisfaction, we would have certainly been there promptly. Guests can reach us via email, phone, or in person at our office if there are any issues during your stay.
As a side note, the owners have just purchased new HD flat screen tv's and have decorated the condo nicely... -

Everything was wonderful. We couldn't get the CD player to work. Also there were no instructions on what to do with the towels and linens and I called the front desk hoping to turn in the dirty ones. Another laundry basket to collect them in would have been nice. It was the day before our last day and at that point I wasn't going to call CVR as we certainly had enough clean ones to keep us going. With four snowboards and two skis we appreciated being able to use both lockers. We also couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace...looked all over for the remote or a switch and didn't see instructions anywhere. Really liked having the washer/dryer in the room to dry wet mittens at the end of the day. So many nice ammenities.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll check out the CD player. The fireplaces at Solitude have a thermostat on the wall that heats the main living room. Simply select the temperature you want and the fireplace will do the rest automatically. We will add instructions on the fireplace mantel to make it more clear. Hope you come back soon:)
